Although I ultimately decided not to repair my very old refrigerator due to lack of availability of parts, Donovan was the best!! He did everything he could to help me and was extremely honest. I filled out the “contact us” section on the website and 15 minutes later Donovan called and I was able to schedule an appointment for the same day for my washer repair. When he arrived I explained what was happening, he turned on the washer and listened for a short while and diagnosed the issue. Fortunately he didn’t have to repair anything, it was user error. Donovan was polite, concerned, and friendly. I did pay a service charge, as expected, but if anything happens in the next 90 days it will be applied to that repair. This business was recommended on the Mom’s and Dad’s Fair Lawn page on Facebook and I’m happy it was. Sequence 7 Appliance Repairs is in my contacts for the future.

Called Donovan about our LG refrigerator which was no longer working properly (I suspected either a fan failure or the dreaded compressor problem) . He arrived at our home, ran a diagnostic on the fridge and confirmed it was the compressor that was at fault. I appreciated his candor and honesty as he explained how replacing the part would not be a cost worthy option and buying a new refrigerator was our best move. He also recommended a few reputable brands to look for when we shopped for a replacement. After reading posts from many others that had compressors replaced, which after parts and labor cost as much as a brand new appliance, I appreciated his honesty.

Let me tell you something I used to build a motherboards from scratch. This guy knows exactly what he is doing. Very knowledgeable about the business and has a great personality. He is one of the best troubleshooters I have ever seen. I highly recommend him before going out and spending a few thousand dollars on a refrigerator that is built to burn out on you in a few years anyway. This guy will do anything he can to get you the best deal as well.
