I have used them twice and been more than satisfied both times.Everyone is friendly and professional. Their work is excellent and they show up on the same day you call them! I highly recommend them.

Quick service. Explained what had to be done, what the options were, the process etc. Then drained quickly, finished the job within 10 mins.

These guys are the best. I have tried others and once I found these guys. I don't even think about using anyone else. They always answer the phone and are very helpful and they get the problems fixed ASAP. They have really good rates also. I have been a customer of theirs for over 7 years and have never had 1 bad experience. some of my friends also use them and they can say the same.

I'm not gonna lie...today did not start out great. What I thought was a clogged utility sink in my basement/laundry room turned out to be a sewage pipe clog. As I saw the brown sludge-like water seep into the carpet I thought for sure it would be an extremely gross and costly fix. Thankfully Drain Doctor was recommended to me. Pedro and Miguel arrived as scheduled and got to work flushing out the old, rusted, tightly clogged pipe. They got the job done quickly and as cleanly as possible. The cost was reasonable as well. We would hire them again anytime.

Pedro saved the day. Called several places on a Saturday evening at 7 pm with my garbage disposal backing up.. my bathroom sink and tub filling with filthy water...other places told me, sorry, see ya tomorrow...but Pedro showed up in a little over an hour and helped us out. ... Worked cleanly and efficiently. Super grateful. Professional. Gave advise about the garbage disposal.

I was first skeptic about so many 5-star reviews here. But I had no choice, because my toilet, kitchen, and shower water are all backing up at the basement utility sink, and I know this drain problem is beyond the level of normal plumbing work. The utility sink was about to explode all over the basement.
So I called Drain Doctor. Pedro came earlier than scheduled. He immediately figured out the problem, and found the main sewer line. He then unclogged the main line using his huge snake that I have never seen before.
The total cost is like the plumber's typical invoice 10 years ago despite all the inflation these days.
I highly recommend him. He knows what he is doing, and his service is exceptionally cost-effective.

I had a sewage backup at my main. I called at 8am. Pedro and his partner arrived in an hour. They cleared the roots and my drains were clear in less than 15 minutes. It was fast, easy and reasonably priced.

I had a clogged toilet. They showed up and unclogged it in under 4 mins. Four days later the toilet is clogged again. Called them back but being told there is no guarantee on toilets, and have to pay them to come back again.

It would be nice to have a 7day guarantee on toilets. This place doesn't guarantee even a single day. BEWARE!

From my initial call to how quickly the guys arrived, to getting the job done, everything was excellent! Pedro was awesome, friendly, professional and just an all around pleasure. They arrived literally within the hour and unclogged my kitchen drain so quick. Its not every day you get excellent service like this. I will be sure to recommend to everyone I know!!!

We have used Pedro at Drain Doctor many times and he has always done a superb job. He arrives quickly & takes care of the problem immediately. I just recently called them & a very nice woman answered the phone. She also called me before he headed over which was within the hour. I feel their prices are very reasonable.

Pedro was a life saver when our sewer line backed up one evening. He was there within two hours, checked everything over and cleared it out. He was also very helpful explaining what happened and how we could determine the cause of it were to happen again. While I hope I don’t have to call Pedro again any time soon, he was fantastic and I’m so grateful for his help and expertise.

Called Drain Doc on a Friday night. My 92 yr old father had a clogged waste line putting 2 bathrooms out of service. Pedro showed up at 11 pm. Snaked the line like a pro and to say his price was fair is an understatement. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I can’t say enough good things about Pedro and his sons! We had a plumbing emergency late on a Sunday night with multiple clogs in our pipes, and he showed up quickly, ready to help. He was professional, courteous, and clearly knows his stuff. He managed to get things under control that night and then came back the next day to fully finish the job and make sure everything was running smoothly. It’s so hard to find reliable service these days, but Pedro went above and beyond. Highly recommend him to anyone in need of a trustworthy and skilled plumber!

Second time calling, and this guy is amazing. Came out short notice on a Saturday and cleared a difficult and potentially damaging drain clog in our basement. I also appreciate that he explains what the issues are so that I can learn more about my home.
