Cotice los servicios de 4 companias de plomeria para la instalacion de 4 unidades entre thermas y boilas , opte por Champion Plumbing ya que me parecia razonable ,.
Instalaron 2 thermas para agua caliente y 2 boilas ,
Grande fue mi sorpresa cuando Nelson me llamo y me anuncio que el trabajo estaba finalizado en el tiempo que el prometio.
Cuando vi el resultado me felicite por la eleccion hecha,

I was referred to Champion Plumbing & Heating by a friend for a leaking water heater. Nelson was polite, available for a Saturday install on short notice (the very next day), and provided a reasonable price. Upon assessing a safety concern from an install by the previous owner, he brought the plumbing up to code without any up charges. He delivered quality craftsmanship, good value, and went the extra mile, I can't ask for more from a plumber.
Update: After a number of years as a customer and providing a number of referrals, I decided to switch plumbers based on an interaction about two years ago. Champion provided me a price for snaking a sink drain pipe, which I agreed to no problem. Upon arriving and completing the work, I asked how much to snake another drain in the same house and was quoted the full price again. While pricing is a business owner's prerogative, I found the lack of an incremental cost to be distasteful especially as a long-time customer.

Nelson plumbed my entire home from the studs to the finish work and overcame all the plumbing challenges I had in my home which was built in the 1940’s. He is honest, neat, personable and is a true professional. He set appropriate expectations and delivered in a timely manner all at the price he quoted regardless of the visits he had to make to accommodate my other contractors and never up-charged me. He passed all plumbing inspections without any issues noting the plumbing inspector in my town is very difficult to satisfy. We hired contractors to do some repairs on our home, but when we came back from work, we found that another part of the house was leaking - a faucet outside our front door that had been busted. The contractor who fixed it initially tried to stop the water by wrapping it in tape, which didn't work.

Luckily, Rescue Plumbing showed up the next day and fixed the issue for us. We haven't had any problems with the repair since then.

My main problem with Rescue Plumbing is that when I requested an itemized receipt after the job was done on 9/18/19, I never got one. It's now over two years later, and despite contacting the contractor who did the work multiple times, I still haven't received it. I've even recently reached out to them about a pending small claims court case against me, hoping they might provide the receipt as part of their records - but so far, nothing.

I appreciate Rescue Plumbing and HVAC's straightforward approach and dedication to quality work. The technicians were courteous and transparent throughout the process, taking the time to walk me through the restoration plan for my damaged home. Their pricing was fair, and I'm pleased with the final result.

I was lucky to have Mike and Yusef install a brand new AC unit during an extremely hot heatwave - they delivered in record time. Desperate for relief, they worked tirelessly to get me settled in. Their professionalism, courtesy, and work ethic are top-notch. I'd highly recommend them without hesitation.

However, when this summer's heatwave hit (June 2023), my system started acting up. Despite calling multiple times about getting a follow-up service, no one got back to me, and the phone froze up. It turned off, changed the filter, but still ran fine. Now I'd like to schedule a service call to have the Freon checked - how do I set that up?

This company has shown a complete lack of integrity and transparency in their dealings with customers. I've filed a dispute over what I believe is a rightful return, but instead of resolving the issue, I was threatened with legal action and promised resolution that never materialized. The tactics used to mislead me are obvious, and it's clear they're more interested in avoiding accountability than providing fair service.

The only reason my review isn't yet zero stars is because the initial installation did meet some basic standards of quality. However, the company's behavior has left a sour taste. I was assured that the job would take two days to complete, but it took five, with most of the work done on the first day. The remaining tasks, including installing a larger base and reinstalling my window, were completed in an unacceptable three days. I was also told we weren't considered an emergency, which is a serious safety concern.

To make matters worse, the pricing was exorbitant, and I was only offered payment plans after my old unit was inspected. However, when the job was finished, I was informed to pay in full with no special financing options available. The technician was unresponsive at times, only becoming urgent when a problem arose with the new unit's drain pipe. I also didn't receive my bill or receipt until days after the job was completed, and it wasn't itemized.

Despite the AC working well, I feel ripped off and was never offered any discounts for the new unit, despite Google and the company offering it as an incentive. The professionalism displayed by Rescue is subpar at best, with technicians often being late or unresponsive. It's clear they need to work on their standards and customer service.

The lack of transparency and accountability from this company has left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm extremely disappointed in the way they've handled my situation, and I'll be taking my business elsewhere for future issues.

Mike and his team delivered an impressive job, getting the job done on short notice and within a reasonable timeframe. The quality of their work was top-notch, and I found their pricing to be reasonable. I'll be reaching out to them whenever I need plumbing services again.
