Ken was so meticulous in the electric work he did for me . I had to put in new cables and a new outlet and he was very helpful! He also cleaned up the whole area after he was done which was a huge plus for me. Highly recommend!

I'm extremely happy with the work done by Ken/North Crest. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of electrical work. He installed attic fans, recessed lighting, light fixtures, under counter lighting and also replaced our doorbell. His proposal was clear and I found his pricing to be very fair . I recently had a minor electrical fire, and Ken was able to come out the day of and check my outlet and was able to fix the outlet that day. We then had Ken come back and check all our outlets and he also did a full-service upgrade to ensure the safety of our home. He is very professional and has competitive prices. Ken from North Crest LLC was able to come very quickly, and help diagnose and fix a serious wiring issue. Found multiple issues, and spent a few days dealing with the problem I found, and addresses several other issues from "DIY wiring" done in my home over the years. Very happy with the work done, and he was very clear with the pricing ahead of the work to be performed. While he was here, I gave a list of quality of life improvements, and he was also able to make some suggestions that would work for me and my family. I have a lot of smart switches and he was able to work with these switches and allow me to integrate them into my smart system. Very happy, and will definitely use him again for future projects!

Update: I also called Ken back to do some extensive lighting and ventilation updates including adding recessed lighting to a bunch of rooms, updating chandeliers, updating and venting bathroom exhaust fans, installing an exhaust fan, and fixing garage outlets that were done by an unlicensed contractor. Ken did a great job, price was fair and he kept things neat and clean. My little one asked when Ken would be coming back to put even more lights in the house. Thank you Ken!

In June 2024 Ken installed 6" LED recessed lighting with dimmer switches in all of my newly purchase homes' bedrooms. He wired them to the existing switches on the wall and avoided having to open the walls or cause any damage. He was prompt, responsive, professional, respectful and left the house clean (covered everything with drop cloths to reduce amount of dust). The project came out great, and I'm not generally very easy to please, and expect perfection....he did not dissapoint. I also obtained 3 other quotes and his pricing was very competitive. Would absolutely recommend him and likely will be working with him again in the future! Ken - Thank You for the great work.
