Most horrible service I ever had, Spent 2 hours cleaning my bedroom and bathrooms when I specifically mentioned I need through cleaning in kitchen and living room and my bedrooms dont need anything else except dusting. Then they charged me for extra half an hour to clean my living room and kitchen, When I asked the manager about this, he said they have to follow their 49 checklist, so that means, you dont care what the customer need, its just that 49 checklist have to be complete which by the way I have never given one or at least had a chance to see if they really have checklist, I took images of my bathroom with water marks all over which were there both before and after cleaning, and I have no idea what they did for 2 hours, when they didn't even clean the basic water marks. when I send the photos, the response I received is, we are so sorry you are not happy, I will send you the invoice, seriously, I have never had such a terrible service before

As always Alicia did a wonderful job of cleaning our house. we don't have to tell her she did the windows and everything else that needed cleaning and everything was spic and shine. thank you Alicia and try to come always to clean our house.

We are very happy with our 2 ProMaids Alicia and Carmen. They are very personable, professional and most importantly, thorough. We have had several cleaners in the past, but these two 'pros' are the best!

My review is in regards to Alicia our housekeeper specifically and Maidpro, generally. We are extremely please with the work Alicia does. We always know that when we return home everything is clean, neat and in its place. Alicia is very personable and professional and I enjoy our conversations with her when she comes to clean. She especially has a fondness for our two cats, which goes beyond the employer/employee relationship. We know that she is also a trainer for other newer staff and Maidpro could not have picked a more appropriate person to fit that role. As far as Maidpro, in general, we have been extremely happy with their service since our relationship began. They are dependable and always go the extra mile, just as Alicia does for us. It is a great value for the price, and gives us the piece of mind we need in assisting us in keeping our house clean. I would greatly recommend Alicia, if you are in the market for a a true professional, but I fear doing so, it will make her less accessible to us. :-) If you are looking for that one company to assist you, Maidpro is it, specifically because they hire committed individuals like Alicia.

i hired this company to come clean my EMPTY house before moving in... i thought it was a good idea, turns out i was wrong. i hired them for two hours, they stayed for one. left dirt all over my kitchen and on top of my countertops. they left white spots all over my hardwood floors in my living room from whatever cleaning products they used. then when i had called to complain about the service, jerry insisted i was wrong and gave me attitude on the phone. $300 for absolutely nothing. i would never use these people again, and suggest you do not either. terrible customer service, and very rude when you bring it up to them. go with any other company. (you can see pictures of the dirty rag i used to clean up some of the dirt AFTER they came, and the dirt still on my countertops.)

We’ve tried several cleaning services and finally found one that comes on time and does an excellent job cleaning our home. We get the same team every week. They’re friendly and always remember our preferences from week to week. Communication with both the team and company has been great!

I would not recommend MaidPro Somerset! It was my first experience of using cleaning service. I asked them to do the best cleaning of my appartment with carpet cleaning, kitchen cabinet cleaning inside, coach cleaning. I had just several days to do this. They gave me estimation - 3h 30m, X$ for one time and Y$ on a regular basis with cancellation any time. I have chosen regular basis, as the price was good for me and he said that I can cancel any time. When service came, they didn't know about my specific items, that should be cleaned. Manager said, ok they could do this but it will take additional time and money. I agreed, as I had to finish cleaning in several days. At the end, they said that they couldn't clean everything and have another appointment. So they did: cleaned one part of the kitchen, bathroom, vacuum carpet very quickly without moving anything like chair, dust. I was very disappointed, as I relied on this. They say, that will come another time and that I could call to another company to wash my carpet. They did 40% of the whole work and did it not profrssionally. Manager said me, that they could come next week. But I had to clean everything in few days and I did it by myself. I saw their "best" work, so I decided to cancel contract. And I got email, that I would be charged X$ for the work, which they have not done. Also I was expecting, that I could cancel any time without additional charge. Very disappointed! I won't recommend them.

Truth be told, this review is long overdue as I hate Google. Seriously. I avoid these platforms that “offer” the user so much, when in fact, they’re just collecting data. But I digress. Because….Because…I need to tell you about MaidPro.

I have been with MaidPro for over four years already...during this time, I’ve had the opportunity to meet a variety of Pro’s where their expertise varied from good to exceptional. The work is never disappointing.

Of course, every client is different and every house is different. Expectations of cleanliness may even vary. To combat this, MaidPro uses a thorough checklist for each cleaning. If your requirements aren’t on the list, I’d be afraid since seriously, what else are you doing? But still…just give a call to the manager, Jerry then. You’re bound to work something out.

Through the years, Jerry has always strived to match
me with the preferred pro and her team. And through the years, the constant in the best teams has always been Sari (Sagraio?). Granted, Sari’s English is only a smattering at best…but her smiles surpass all language barriers. We adore her. She is a phenomenal worker and mentor…meticulous but quick. Her positive energy is contagious — it’s hard not to feel a sense of relief when she and her team arrive. I hope these new pros recognize her talents and work to emulate Sari’s work style and ethics. This family, including the guinea pigs, love seeing her. For the BEST cleaning services, give Maidpro Somerset a call! But don’t all ask for Sari — I wouldn’t survive without her!

Miriam and her partner have been great. We have used individuals and other services in the past but always end up disappointed. My husband I are always recommend MaidPro. Thanks for your commitment and your attention to detail.

I have been using maidpro for about a year now and I could not be happier. I have a difficult schedule to work with- I am a nurse who is probably too active at my job and a graduate student and something is always coming up. Until recently, I wasn't quite comfortable not being home with people here. Obviously, I have been a difficult client. Jerry, however, has been exceptional at helping manage my schedule, either changing days or times to accommodate me.

Every pro who has come to my house has been wonderful but a few months ago I was finally able to get a regular pro- Miriam- and I absolutely love having her come! She is always doing something above and beyond what I expect.

I have tried other cleaning services in the past and had always found them to do "ok." I never could justify their work with the cost. This is not the case with maidpro. Miriam (and all her colleagues, to be honest) do such a fantastic job, I would recommend them to anyone.

Rosa and her partner do a phenomenal job cleaning each and every time! They are efficient and do an “amazing job” per my four year old who is very particular. Plus Mom agrees too. I definitely recommend!

My husband and I appreciate the hard work of all the individuals at MaidPro however, once Nilda came to our house, we've requested her every time since. Not only is she sweet, trusting and personable to be around, she is exceptional at her job. Our house is always absolutely spotless when she leaves. When our new baby arrived, she was very accommodating and worked around where I needed to be in the house (i.e.: playroom, nursery, etc) to make sure she didn't disturb him or have him near chemicals. She is an absolute keeper and we plan to use her as long as we can. We highly recommend her service to anyone looking for this type of assistance around the home.

I’ve been using maidpro for the last two years; they have the best rates in the business. They are also very accommodating and flexible when it comes to my travel/work schedule. My pro, Alicia, cleans my house from top to bottom with extreme detail and thoroughness. MaidPro did a great job on my move out cleaning. They advertise a 49 Point checklist and I would say they tackled each point. Bathroom sinks and tub were cleaned. Counters were fully cleaned. Carpets vacuumed. etc. I added on the Oven and Refrigerator cleaning and they looked great as well. I had a slight billing issue and they were very responsive in resolving it. Fully recommend.

Wow Nilda and her coworker did an amazing job cleaning my house!!!! They are trustworthy and detail-oriented. I can not ask for a better cleaning service. They made my messy house feels like a home again. Highly recommend Maidpro to any one I know!!! They're the best out there, fair price and highly professional. Rosa has been cleaning our house for at least 2 years and cleans each room of our house thoroughly. She does a great job and with a lot of care and attention to detail. The shower stalls, floor, and fixtures in the bathroom are spotless. In the kitchen she cleans the microwave and stovetop as well as the sink, counters, and floors. I've used MaidPro cleaning service for over 4 years and they provide highly trained staff who are courteous, friendly, and professional.

Rosa does an amazing job and was happy to work quietly around our new baby and change the order of how she cleaned the rooms when the baby was sleeping.
