We have been using Maid Pros for months and they have been outstanding! The staff is so kind and our home has never looked better. It is an investment I’m glad we went with because Maid Pros has been amazing! Mari and Rosa are exceptional and I’m so happy every time I see them ring the bell. I know my home will be immaculate.

Gave this service a try multiple times and sadly they just don't fit the prices. The prices are very high and the quality of work with every visit just got worse and worse. The new mngt is impossible to work with.

AVOID at all COSTS! --- Emotionally manipulative owners! Business came under new management and i expected the quality to improve, instead they played dirty tactics of offering a low re-entry price, and then jacked up the prices for the next cleaning. The staff were supposed to spend 2 hours only spent 90min and still was charged full price. After several more attempts the cleaning was just sub-par. The owner or mngt or whoever is on the other end of the text-line is simply insufferable.

I have been using MaidPro for over 3 years. The staff is very courteous as well as professional. They go above and beyond my expectations every time. I would definitely recommend MaidPro.

The ladies did a phenomenal job. My parents and I are impressed. The bathrooms look like new. The ladies also vacuumed without us asking them to, and they did a fantastic job with that as well. Looking forward to hiring for the next service!

From start to finish Richardson Home Improvement and Repair were a pleasure to work with! Shaun came out promptly to give us an estimate for whole home cleaning of our ranch style house. Shaun's prices were very reasonable, however we felt most comfortable with him, as he is very pleasant and knowledgeable. His cleaning team came out, and did an excellent job cleaning our home. We will be using Shaun and his crew for bi-weekly cleanings of our home now, and would highly recommend to anyone else looking for quality, and friendly house cleaning service!

My office has used Richardson Home Improvement Cleaning for a few years. We started using them
right as COVID started and they immediately began with enhanced cleaning – sanitizing everything
around the building, along with their regular office cleaning. They did this until our home office decided
it was safe to stop.
Our building went through actual physical changes for about two years. We went from a few offices,
large conference rooms and a few cubicle areas to a large call center, offices, and cubicle areas. The
building itself was an actual construction site with the building split into three separate areas, and Richardson
handled all the office cleaning like the pros they are. The number of employees and the duties in the
building changed, but Ms. Kay and her team always had my bathrooms and break rooms clean along
with work areas and were able to accommodate my employee schedule changes.
Communication with Richardson Home Improvement Cleaning was very easy – any question or request
was promptly answered. Any issues were quickly resolved. They even dealt with a plumbing problem
we had late at night!
Ms. Kay and her team are professional and trustworthy and if you want a clean building, they are the
ones to hire.
