Ron Williams was just at my house, to service our furnace. He did an incredible job, with the inspection of the furnace. He also noticed are UV lights were never checked or changed since we had the unit. He ordered new lights and will be back to install them. This is the 2 second time he has been at our house. Hardest and knowledgeable technician ever. Gets the job done always with a smile. He will be our technician always!!

Gustavo did an excellent job responding to my emergency call of no heat and a leaking humidifier. He explained everything in detail. He's extremely knowledgeable and friendly and I will be requesting him for my routine maintenance!

Ronald Williams was our Fras-Air tech today. He was excellent! Professional but friendly, very informative. Explained everything he was doing and made sure we were on board. Great service!

Today, I am happily sitting in my newly remediated and renovated home. It is 14 days that I am back in my home, but the entire process took 11 months. It’s quite an accomplishment. All made possible by my amazing teams of caring experts. My intention is to recognize each of them by name, but if I left anyone out, just know that I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I feel great and I anticipate continued good health for both my body and my building. I want to share my appreciation for the Fras-Air /General Service Team. First, I have to thanks the Customer Service team: Christine and others for fielding my calls. For Oswaldo HVAC whose warmth and sincere help in selecting a purchase was invaluable. He was as excited and passionate about my project as I was, introducing me to new products to help preserve the health of my home/body like UV light. For Tony plumbing who helped in the middle of the project. For Muhamad, Jose and the third tech who installed under challenging circumstances. Jason the manager gets kudos for accommodating my special weather request. Oswaldo, Jason and the team where supportive when there were delays beyond my control. For Nadine who helped me after the renovation. What I look for in a working relationship is progress, not perfection. The joy of excellent execution. Fras-Air/General Service provide excellent service and products.

Gus serviced my airconditioning . All went well . He explained what he did and talked to me about my old equipment. Informed me with what I needed to know and my aging compressor etc. Very polite.

Very knowledgeable & took time to explain problem with my AC unit. Tech explained to me it was most cost effective to replace my ac unit that is 34 years old.They installed my new AC unit today & furnace also.Very happy with the quality work everything looks & works great 👍.

Gustavo was very professional and very insightful and educational. Excellent service. Very timely and efficient. I would recommend FrasAir to anyone looking for a very reputable company! I also subscribe to the maintenance plan they offer, which is very reasonable.

Reyhan Moran Perez was very thorough in repairing what had been diagnosed. He clearly explained to me what needed to be done before he started the repair. He completed the work quickly and quietly. He left the repair area very clean

Queran W. serviced my heating unit and I was extremely satisfied. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He informed me that I was using the wrong size filter (to small) for my unit and made recommendations for appropriate size and installed the correct size. Mind you, this unit was installed by another company 3 years ago and they installed the little filter, so I continued to buy what they used.
After the work was done, Queran explained everything that he did and suggested when I should change the next filter. I was extremely happy with the service and would definitely use Fras-Air service again.

Brandon was our technician and he was great. Explained everything he did and was very knowledgeable. He also took time to let our son talk to him about his tools which was super nice and a big reason why we like this company, the fact that they are nice people who do great work.

I got my HVAC fixed today , Chad technician and his associate were really calm diagnosed the issue and fixed it . I highly recommend this company for all HVAC issue , their quality of work is to be much appreciated.

Gustavo is a great HVAC technician with a very pleasant personality. He diagnosed issues with my HVAC and provided useful and honest recommendations. Would love to have him back to perform the next HVAC in Spring.

Chad Traver and his associate Chris arrived shortly after the beginning of the window of estimated arrival time. Our heater was performing oddly and we were afraid of a breakdown during the recent cold snap. Both technicians demonstrated absolute professional and courteous services from the very first moment. Being mechanically inclined, I stayed with them both as the dianostic work began. Being curious, I asked questions about what was taking place, trying not to be a bother. Chad was as well versed, patient, and articulate as I've ever experienced. Best of all, a particular part in the heater required more of a cleaning and adjustment, rather than a replacement. I'm not confident that every service company and\or technician out there would not take advantage of a rather simple situation, and turn it into one of a more profitable one. In my book, Fras-Air, Chad and Chris hit a home run with me! Great job!

Excellent technician visited to review my concern. He provided valuable ideas to move fwd. While it was not a repair or maintenance, I will use them in the future for sure.

Also, a billing scenario, they resolved it nicely.

Jason Atwell went above and beyond fixing my pipe burst in the ceiling. He was very thorough and explained every step of the process. I would retain his services again for plumbing work in the future.

Brandon was here to fix my furnace. got it up and running within the hour and made sure it was working as needed. i appreciate his professionalism. i would recommend him and i will will ask for him in the future

I recently had a new HVAC system installed by Fras -Air. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final install the team was professional ,knowledgeable and very courteous. I want to thank Frank , Kareem and Mohammad for their expertise . Not only was the install wonderful, but they showed up exactly on time and clean up was perfect . Frank took his time to explain the system to me and showed me the new touch screen thermostat .I highly recommend Fras -Air to anyone in need of HVAC services. Gustavo from Fras-Air/General Service Experts did an excellent job on maintenance of my Furnace/HVAC system. He pointed out that I needed a new UV bulb for my system and things to consider for future maintenance. I was so pleased, that I would like to request his service for future maintenance jobs.
