Jim Hodges was excellent. He thoroughly looked over all aspects, not only of my AC unit which was not working, but also my boiler and water heater. Clearly explained everything. Turns out the circuit breaker was faulty. Then provided me with a recommendation for an electrician. And estimates on my other appliances. Very polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Great experience.

Nick Dinev stopped by to troubleshoot a leak that had developed over the weekend. He found the problem very quickly, and had it fixed within the hour. Excellent service and will call them again for any other plumbing issues that might come up. Thanks for responding to our service request on a beautiful Sunday afternoon, Chris and company!

So far, my experience has been stellar. I had a cracked iron caste drain pipe underneath my basement floor connected to the washing machine so I was pretty nervous about getting big job done. Gladiator Services held my hand through every step. The cement is drying as we speak and next week they come back to hook up and balance my washing machine.

The owner, Jim called me over the weekend and answered my questions - he was great.

The techs, Darek, Nick and Austin were prompt, professional, knowledgeable. I felt extremely comfortable throughout the process.

I look forward to using them for all my future plumbing needs.

I called my regular guy he couldn't do it so I called Gladiator and Chris said I'll send a man out now, he did and by 1:30 in the afternoon it was done. This started at 8:20am.
Gladiator will be our go to for now on, they are efficient, courteous and their pricing is in the ballpark with everyone else.

I just purchased a townhouse and needed a new water heater, two toliets replaced, shut off valves for the sink, dishwasher and laundry. Gladiator did all the work for me. Nick was very conscientious and professional doing the work. I was pleased the way everything came out.

A previous plumber from another place couldn’t clear the clog in my old house trap. I had to personally vacuum my house trap a few times a week to make sure we had water flow out the drain. I was eager for a permanent solution and took advantage of Gladiator Services' discount deal, and what impressed me was their meticulous approach. Nick managed to remove stubborn calcium deposits that had been missed before. I'm also looking forward to receiving the estimate for removing the house trap. Overall, it was a professional and comprehensive service. Highly recommended!

We’ve been using Gladiator for all of our plumbing and heating needs for close to 3 years now and have been extremely pleased with their service. In 2023 they replaced our steam boiler and recently they replaced our hot water heater.

We found water in our basement and it turned out the hot water heater had been leaking and needed to be replaced. I made the call at 4:30pm on a Thursday and Gladiator had a new hot water heater installed by 8:30pm that same night. Nick and Gavin were the technicians who came by and were informative, fast and friendly. I would highly recommend Gladiator.

I hate leaving this review but its the truth. Still after at LEAST 4 phone calls in 2 weeks no phone call back!
$15,000 job and won't return phone calls now for work that needs to be finished and corrected.
Very unprofessional & then charged me for a $600 WiFi thermostat that doesn't work and wants to get paid for work that was never fully completed and refuses to come back.
