Rodrigo and his team did it again!! They did an amazing job on my second bathroom, kitchen, laundry room and stairs. From day one, they were super professional, easy to talk to, and really cared about the work. They actually finished everything earlier than expected, and any time I wasn’t sure about something, they gave honest and helpful advice. What started as a rough chicken scratch drawing somehow turned into exactly what I envisioned. By the end of the project, they didn’t just feel like a crew, they felt like family. I’m beyond grateful and highly recommend them.

From the moment we met Rodrigo, he went above and beyond making sure we had setup our house for first cold nights of the season. He is communicative, responsive, and easy to work with. His crew is respectful. Couldn’t have asked for a better first home renovation experience.

Firmino Construction did a great job on our 2nd floor renovation! Rodrigo is an amazing project manager and was very responsive, available to answer our questions when we called. He has a fantastic crew that always showed up early and got right to work. They installed a whole new master bathroom, all new doors, and replaced our old carpet from the 80s with beautiful hardwood. Also replaced the old ceiling fans with more modern fixtures and added recessed lighting in hall. We are so happy with how everything turned out and so grateful that they finished ahead of schedule! Definitely recommend and will be using this great team for future projects!

I love and miss this company with all my heart. Spent nearly 14 years of my life working there and one thing I've learned is that they go out of their way to make sure all repairs or maintenance has been done correctly.

I'm still in contact with many of the clients I've come to know as friends and its all still high praises for them. Over the last 10 years, they've received so much praise that not only have they gone national with repair work but also international to Europe, mid-east, etc... Naturally, all these other states & countries have other repair shops available but the Elevator companies are willing to go the extra expense for McIntosh because of the quality and service offered.

I felt the need to type up this review because of not just for future clients but for McIntosh: Pete, Pete Jr., John, Carl, Butch, and all the other guys & gals there who've been the best bosses & coworkers I could have ever known.

A panel switch needed replacement, and the team handled it quickly and with care. Their attention to detail and efficiency were much appreciated.

I needed a GFCI installation in the kitchen, and the team took care of it quickly. now I feel much safer when using the appliances around water.

My circuit breaker kept tripping, and it was getting annoying. the team came over, checked the system, and resolved the issue with precision. i’m thankful for their attention to detail and fast service.

A few of my light switches were loose or not working right. They fixed them up and even tightened a few others without being asked. Solid service.
