We've used Window Genie several times for exterior cleaning and have always been very happy with the results. This time was for a roof wash and skylight cleaning. Great job. Jackie was a big help with planning and scheduling.

I’m very satisfied with service. Every single thing was cleaned to my satisfaction except one thing (maybe an oversight)? The basement glass storm wasn’t really cleaned. Otherwise, the two gentlemen that came were efficient and friendly. Would use again if I have the need.

This was my first time using professional window cleaners but it won’t be my last. This is a professional operation! When I called, the woman who answered asked for my address and looked up my house on Zillow so she knew exactly which windows I was referring to. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. They were supposed to come between 12 and 2 but Window Genie called me at around 11:15 to say they were running ahead of time and would be at my house within 15 minutes, which they were. The two men were very polite and careful and did a great job with the windows. Watching them work, I thought this must be satisfying work because you see immediate results! They were done within 30 minutes and my windows have never been cleaner. I think they may have even given my front door a once-over with the power washer because it definitely looks cleaner too. I’m pleased with the service and the results.

Window Genie has done my holiday lights for several years now. I am always getting complements on how nice it looks.

They are reliable and get things done quickly and I’ve never had an issue. They will call to schedule you the following year so you have your lights up early (if you want).

Last year they put them up super early (at my request) and came back later in the season to set up the timer. If any bulb goes out, a quick call and they are out same day or the following day. I’ve had wreaths flip due to high winds and they are there to fix them right away.

It’s expensive, but you get the service to back the price (also, we’d never get to the top roof line safely, so it wouldn’t get done without them).

I’ve had the house power washed as well, and they did an excellent job.

I called window genie on Friday after Christmas. Though snow was expected, the courteous office person made an appointment for Monday morning. The young man came bright and early even though it was cold and there was snow on the ground and ice in the gutters. He worked diligently and methodically. I felt the price was justified because of the weather conditions, the promptness of the response, and the diligence with which he worked. The entire operation was professional.

They are the best for holiday lights! We’ve been using them consistently for the past few years. We get so many compliments from neighbors and people just passing by!
They are also very responsive and accommodating when we have any issues like lights being out.
