Eid and his team replaced my 2 zone HVAC system with a high powered Trane unit (his recommendation) and it’s been great these past few seasons. My two issues were that I couldn’t keep a close range in temperatures upstairs and downstairs in my 3500 sq ft main house and my system was more than 20 years old and made terrible thuds and bangs every time it initialized.

My install was somewhat complicated by the fact that the system had to be installed in a 3.5 ft high crawl space where only access was a 3x3’ trap door outside of the house. His men worked for a couple of days under the house and expertly removed the old system and replaced with the new Trane. Eid is friendly, knowledgeable, and super responsive.

I’ve done some subsequent work inside the house requiring some ducting tweaks and although Eid wasn’t contracted to support that project, he talked me through my system and airflow needs advising what should and shouldn’t be done- and he was spot on. On top of it all, Eid’s pricing was quite reasonable. I highly recommend him and his crew.

Be ware! They would charge you $125 for a simple quote and only disclose it after they come to your house. Don’t fall for it.
Update: after posting this review he quickly contacted me to refund the $125 and asked that I remove the review. After harassing me about removing the review, he never gave the money back. He supposedly tried.

I couldn’t recommend this company more!! During this horrible heat wave, my central air decided to stop working. It was 80 degrees in my house. Called a few local places no one could come for days. Super plumbing was so nice they showed up on the same day I called and drove from Bergen County down to me in Union County. (During commuter time). They fixed my AC and it’s working beautifully. Eddie and his team were amazing! One of my AC zones shut off and was not turning back on. I called at 7:30 PM on a Sunday and they came to my house and fixed the issue by 8:15 PM. If that’s not amazing service, I don’t know what is. Highly recommend them.

Honestly, not happy at all. My AC stopped working so I called this company. They came out, charged me $120 just to look at it, then said it needed fixing and charged me another $300. After all that, it still doesn’t even work! It stopped working again right after they left. I feel like I wasted my money. Wouldn’t recommend unless you want to pay a lot for nothing.
