I booked this maid service in very short notice. I must say that they were great in that they were able to come the same day. The cleaning itself met every expectation I had. I can not wait to have Liz and Alisa in our home again.

Mara and Stephanie did such a great job on my bathroom. You'd be amaze how fast a small two bedroom can get dirty but these two were just pure magic. Can't wait until I have them back. They cost a little more than some of the other cleaning services in Hoboken but I'm so happy I decided to go with them.

I could not be any more satisfied with the work they provided along with the professionalism of the staff. I have used many cleaning companies and this is the only company in which the owner came to the site to introduce himself and check the work of his employees when the job was finished. Just used Super Maids for the first time for my Mom’s three bedroom apartment and could not have been any happier with their service. The arrived right on time, with all their cleaning supplies and all were wearing face masks which made my Mom very happy. They were truly amazing as they proceeded to clean the entire house in a timely fashion and left no spot untouched or unclean. After this tremendous cleaning effort I was asked by one of the cleaners to do a walk through inspection with her and I could not find one aspect they missed. They pay attention to every detail and the kitchen and bathrooms were left in an immaculate condition. I definitely got my money’s worth for this service and would recommend them for any cleaning job. They were so good I am now having them come in monthly.

I haven't used the service for over a year and they just charged my credit card twice (once over a thousand dollars and another $130 charge). No one is answering the phones and no call backs. Have to file a dispute with my credit card to get the money back.

This is the second time we booked a cleaning service with a deep cleaning package and love the service provided by Super Maids. I was able to schedule an appointment online. Yaimara and Lia arrived on time , took the time to clean every nook and cranny of our apartment and made sure it was spick and span! I booked a one time cleaning services offered by them.

I obtained the services of Super Maids Hoboken in October 2024 and was satisfied with their cleaning services. The staff arrived on time and overall did a good job with the cleaning.

I was billed the correct payment amount a few days later. However, several more days later this company unexpectedly charged my credit card $3500, and as of this date, they have not refunded or returned this amount. I have personally contacted them many times, and the Manager James Mitchell keeps insisting that they have refunded the payment of $3500 they charged my credit card. My credit card company confirmed they had not returned the overcharged amount. They didn’t have the decency to let me know that the company charged $3500 for no reason until I called them. I don’t know if this company is involved in credit card fraud or fraudulent charges by customers. Because this is a lot of money, I have been very stressed about this whole incident. I’m working with my credit card company to recover the money stolen from my credit card. I have no choice but to report this company to the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs for credit card fraud or fraudulent charges.

If you are providing a credit card number for payment, please proceed with extra caution with this company.

Top tier cleaning service. Women were super friendly and great customer service. A little pricey, but well worth it. Paula, Evelyn, and Yaimara did an amazing job. **It is 6 months later and I just received another charge from Supermaids for the same amount I was billed in September for 449.99$. I quickly called them 4 times across a 4 hour window - with no call back. I emailed customer service and received an answer of "During a routine Audit, we did not charge you 6 months ago...". YES THEY DID!! I have filed a dispute with my bank. DO NOT USE

I rarely write reviews, but in this case I thought it important to share my experience to potentially save someone else from it.

TLDR: Supermaids overcharged me for a clean and then many months later fraudulently charged my card for hundreds of dollars - both times several attempts to contact them were never answered.

So I booked Supermaids twice. First time was fine. Second time I was overcharged and I tried contacting the company about it - several times over email and also over phone/voicemail and was never able to get in contact. Eventually I just gave up and resigned to just never book them again. Cut to many months later I receive a marketing text from them asking for me to book another service - I ignore it. About a week later I have a charge from them on my credit card for hundreds of dollars. Again I try to contact them over phone and by responding to the text they sent me. Never heard back/was able to speak to anyone so I had to go through my credit card company to dispute the charge.

So... buyer beware. The cleaning was decent, but the company is suspect or at the very least negligent.

Booked this company twice back in April 2025, paid both times no problem, the cleaning is great the ladies are fast and efficient HOWEVER fast forward to this week (July 2025), I received a 235$ charge on my card, checked my bank statements and my invoices from the company, my account was current, so I’ve tried calling multiple times reached out via email and via their website with no reply had to call my bank and cancel my card so that they could not charge me again and initiate a chargeback for the fraudulent charge, BEWARE! A quick browse in the reviews or Reddit would have saved me this giant headache!

I used SuperMaids for a one-time cleaning service on June 2nd, and the service itself was fine. However, I was shocked to find an unauthorized charge of $232.99 on my account on July 2nd, even though I had not booked or received any further service. There was no communication, confirmation, or consent for this charge.

I’ve contacted their team requesting a refund and clarification, they aren’t picking up my calls nor answering emails and I’m still waiting for a resolution. If you’re considering their services, I strongly recommend checking for any hidden subscriptions or recurring billing. Disappointing experience in terms of billing transparency and customer service.
