We began to use Maid In Hoboken when I was 3 months pregnant and were so impressed by the deep clean that we decided to get our home cleaned regularly. Claudia has been with us since the initial deep clean to now and she is wonderful. The administrative staff is responsive, flexible, and most importantly - kind! Having your home cleaned can be such a vulnerable experience as new parents but Claudia has helped us tremendously and always with a smile. We highly recommend this cleaning service and judging by the amount of units in our development who also use the same service, they are quality all around.

I’ve used several cleaning services in the past, but Maid in Hoboken has truly stood out as the best experience I’ve had. From the moment I scheduled my appointment, Laura’s customer service was exceptional. She was responsive, warm, and made the entire process incredibly easy.

Yeni and Juana, who handled the cleaning, were outstanding. Their attention to detail was remarkable, and they took such great care with every part of my home. They were also incredibly friendly and patient with my son, who kept trying to chat with them the whole time. Instead of being bothered, they were kind and engaging, they even tried to teach him some new words in Spanish, which meant a lot to me.

The overall experience was beyond impressive, and I genuinely felt my home was in the hands of people who care about their work. I highly recommend Maid in Hoboken and especially appreciate the amazing service from Laura, Yeni, and Juana.

This was the first time using a cleaning service and I am not disappointed! Just wow! My condo is sparkling clean. Ever since I had a newborn I have found it more difficult to find the time to clean like I used to. I got the deep clean. It took 3+ hours and the team left my place in incredible shape. I even asked them to clean my windows outside the balcony and they are as clean as they were when I first moved in. Thanks for everything! I will be using this service again and it’s so nice to enjoy my clean home.

Got my first cleaning with them on Christmas Eve. I was super pleased that I scheduled them to come back today 1/20. Well…. No at all on how it was the first time. Even my 7 year old came home and said did anyone come to clean? I did communicate with someone via text and sent pictures. The person did say they would have the ladies come back and correct it. My husband said “it should’ve been done correct the first time, no reason to inconvenience us.” Honestly, it would just feel awkward to have them come back after getting reprimanded. We chose to leave it at that and find someone else. My husband is trying to relieve some stress off of me not give me more. Coming home and seeing it look pretty much as if it was untouched. They sent a link to review for 12/24 and honestly I don’t write reviews but I feel like this should be shared. Don’t be shocked if the cleaning isn’t the same the 2nd time around. This is my first time with a cleaning service, time to look elsewhere.

We worked with GreenCity Design last Spring to redesign our entire backyard. From the start of the process they helped us design the backyard, gave us so many great options given what we were looking for and answered all of our questions and concerns. Once we made all our final decisions, the team went to work quickly and made sure we were aligned to everything that was laid out, built, and planted. The team was amazing, so professional and friendly and did a beautiful job. We are so incredibly happy with how it turned out and have a whole new extension of our living space with a new patio, lighting, and turf. They are now back to do more work to help us maintain but the plants came back already this Spring and are looking incredible. I can't recommend GreenCity enough.

Our experience with Nick and his team was excellent from start to finish. We initially met with Nick to discuss installing turf and lighting in our backyard in downtown Jersey City. He was great at helping us decide what we wanted (we ultimately decided against any plantings to optimize playing space for our boys) and staying within our budget. Installation was smooth and even finished prior to schedule.

This was a final step in a full brownstone gut renovation and I’ll say Nick was the best communicator we dealt with in the whole project. He gave us his timeline for prep and install (less than 2 weeks) and gave daily updates while working. I’d absolutely recommend Green City for anyone looking for landscaping!

The crew at Green City Design are fantastic to work with, very professional and highly communicative. As a landscape architect I have often relied on GCD to install my high-end landscape projects in Hoboken and Manhattan.

GreenCity Design (GCD) transformed our over exposed, sun baked 20x20, concrete slab of a yard into a luxurious, private oasis. In the process we gained privacy, year round greenery, extended the use of our garden to 10+ months /year and somehow made our little yard look bigger. Our project involved soft and hard landscaping, masonry, fireplace, a custom pergola build and install, lighting and electrical. From start to finish, GCD was the height of professionalism and delivered as promised with results that really WOW...and totally on budget. We could not have asked for a better result and can’t overstate the quality of the GCD team. GCD provides creative design which is responsive to customer objectives, a take charge approach to the planning and permitting process, an organized and methodical implementation process with exacting standards and white glove service from start to finish. For GCD the job does not end after the final invoice is paid. We had several follow up questions and needs for guidance, such as plant maintenance and an unusual caterpillar infestation - - GCD was quick to respond with patient guidance and informative advice. Would I work with GCD again? Absolutely! In fact, we are already planning to work with GCD to transform our front yard. Big job or small, you are in great hands with GCD.

They exceeded every expectation and I couldn't have imagined our backyard space coming together as well as it did. Nick and his team did a fantastic job with our Hoboken backyard. He was creative in his approach and practical with design. He built a gorgeous fence, relocated a tree and brought in the perfect blend of shrubs and plants to our yard. His team was on time, clean and wore masks.

I hired Nick in the fall of 2020 for a backyard overhaul. First of all, he is the best! Communication is top notch, attention to detail/design eye is impressive and he was on time and did what he promised from the beginning! He scheduled time with me immediately to review my property. When we met, I was impressed with his knowhow and professionalism. He turned a proposal around quickly and started the project immediately. We had some time deadlines due to the approaching winter. Nick and his team worked overtime to get the project done. As the spring of 2021 approached, I didn’t hesitate to hire him for phase 2 (plant installation). Also, over the winter due to weather, there were minor things that needed to be fixed (i.e. chipped paint on the retaining wall due to the weather) I just thought I would have to pay for this since it wasn’t Nick’s fault. He took care of it no questions! Needless to say, my yard ended up so beautiful it could be in a magazine! I know this is a long review, but he is seriously worth every word. HIRE HIM AND HIS TEAM!!

We worked with Nick in summer 2020, he designed and helped us to select landscaping for our front and backyard. It looks AMAZING. I liked it right away but really came to appreciate all the thoughtful selections this summer (2021). Throughout the summer we always had something new blooming and changing. From textured grasses to native perennials around our patio and pergola, there is so much to take in. We had butterflies visiting all summer and even saw a rare hummingbird moth. I knew nothing about plants so I would have never been able to pick what he did. He totally understood the vibe I was going for too. Can't recommend enough!
