Reviews of local pros in Holmdel, New Jersey

Extremely reliable, excellent workmanship, very responsive
He built a laundry room with new utility lines, painted, installed LED lights and fixed our heating unit ventilation system in the attic. We would recommend him highly.

Stelios from Steli Property Management team did an excellent job on my deck and BBQ area on my backyard lawn. Excellent solution to avoiding more concrete. Neat, fast work. Highly recommended!

Stelios & crew worked cleanly and efficiently to some repairs after a leak. The quality of work was excellent and I would highly recommend them based off of this experience.

Brian changed out all my home hardware. Love. And hung my home office chandelier. Beautiful! Thank you !!

I have worked with Stelios for a few years and he is trustworthy and flexible. He is very timely and easy to talk to.
I even trust Stelios to do work in my home when i am not there, which tells you alot about his character.

Steve at Steli has done a fantastic job for us with drywall. He was honest, affordable, and unlike any other contractor I've worked with in NJ. I would highly recommend him for any work you're looking to do in and around the house.

I had such a wonderful experience with Stelios from Steli PM! He was punctual, professional and most importantly, he displayed impeccable craftsmanship. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a job well done!

Stelios is the guy to call when you need work done in your home. I love our deck since he restored it and also built us a beautiful stand and shelving unit which is a perfect outdoor food prep station!

Had a really good experience with this handyman service. They were able to fit us into their schedule very quickly which was super helpful as our gutters were totally clogged and making a mess of our garden beds. Brian (I think that was his name, my apologies if I'm getting that wrong) came out and did a wonderful job cleaning everything out and also telling us what is/was the clogging culprit. Very helpful! They are efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Would use again and definitely recommend.

I have worked with Stelios on a number of home projects. We recently moved and he helped us: Disassemble and reassemble our swing set; assemble a pre-fab shed; hang mirrors, pictures and organizational systems; hang curtain rods and curtains; assemble a new picnic table, install a new garage door opener. On EVERY single project, he was on-time, meticulous and very professional. He is an absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommend him for projects big and small!

My problem started with a mystery leak. Stelios was excellent at solving the problem. It turned out to be a waste pipe drain that had rotted away. I had outdated plumbing replaced in the shower area, with new fixtures. Stelios assistant Brian, painted two bathrooms dining area and kitchen. Job was outstanding! Just knowing that if future problems arise I don't have to look any further because stelios does it all. Thank you so much Selios.

The folks at Steli Property Management are top notch. Professional, communicative, prompt, thorough and fair - a real pleasure to work with! Stelios and his team go above and beyond to accommodate their clients needs and take all aspects of the job into consideration. Highly recommend! It's a real comfort to know they are a phone call away if something comes up!

I first hired Stelios to replace a TV Wall Mount for my mother. Right away he was courteous and patient with our questions. After completing, my mother showed him one or two other minor items that I guess had been on her list, and Stelios generously helped her out tightening a screw here or explaining how to fix a problem there. It may not sound like much but it left both my mother and I confident we had found a hard-working and honest handyman.

I have since hired Stelios several more times and each job has been done well and at an extremely fair cost. Both my mother and my sister have also reached out to him. We've had him install shelving, paint, caulk showers, extend walls, etc.

He is not one of those guys that you feel like he is trying to line his pockets. If he thinks what I am asking him to do can be done differently, saving me money and maintaining the quality I was looking for, he tells me. He has also been great with making sure I know everything I need to before I ask him to do a job. An example is I was hiring him to extend a wall, and before I hired him he wanted to make sure I understood the changes to natural light availability and also airflow for the HVAC system. This allowed me to make the most informed decision about the job, saving me headaches down the line.

I can strongly recommend Stelios for any kind of job. If he isn't able to do it himself, he can help you find someone that will.

Stelios is highly skilled and professional at all times. He installed a new attic ladder for my wife and I, and it came out great. While in the attic he also did the electric on an attic fan that we've been meaning to hook up for a while. He is also fair with pricing. We look forward to calling him again in the future!

Stelios is the best: courteous, knowledgeable, prompt, professional--and that's just him as a person. Beyond that, his work speaks for itself: absolutely top-notch. I've called upon Stelios for numerous jobs and he always, always exceeds my expectations. Do not hesitate to contact him for any job, big or small, and rest assured that he'll get it right the first time and also quite reasonably. Highest possible recommendation.

Stelios is the best. He follows up to confirm his appointment and always arrives on time. There isn't a project that he or his workers can't tackle. He is responsive, trust-worthy, and does everything with extreme detail. I highly recommend him.

We have hired Stelios several times in the past few months to do various odd jobs, and I can't say enough about how pleased we are. He is prompt, responsive, and extremely capable! We have tried several handymen before this with disappointing results...either they don't show up or if they do, they don't do a good job. We are delighted to have found such a gem! We can recommend him for many jobs around the home with no hesitation.

We noticed a leak under the sink and quickly discovered that the garbage disposal needed to be replaced. A friend referred us to Steli Property Management, so we contacted Stelios right away. He promptly replied with his availability and estimates for the job. Within less than 24 hours, we had our new garbage disposal installed! It was truly the easiest transaction, and Stelios was beyond professional! We would definitely recommend Steli Property Management to anyone in need of work for their home!

Steli Property Management has completed several projects for me in my home. The level of difficulty has varied with each project but each and every one of the projects has been handled with care and professionalism. I have had many experiences attempting to have work done on my home with other tradesmen who either did not return my calls or did not show up. My experience with Stelios has been the exact opposite. He returns calls promptly, shows up on time and is ready to work. I could not ask for a better level of service or courtesy and you will not find a nicer guy to do the work.

Stelios did a great job it taking down the old canopy and supports on my patio. He then put up the new one and made a footing for each support so it is now firmly anchored to the patio.
He also installed a ceiling fan and light fixture- all work done efficiently and neatly! Would recommend
him to everyone!

Steli provided a reasonable estimate in a timely manner. Scheduling the work to be completed was a breeze and was completed on time. Steli and his crew do really nice work and clean up. I had a basement window replaced as well as a new exhaust fan installed in a bathroom. The moisture related damage to the bathroom ceiling was also repaired perfectly. I decided to paint the ceiling myself and Steli provided some helpful tips on exactly what to do. I would highly recommend Steli Property Mgt.
