I’ve worked with Stelios many times. He is my go-to when I have any sort of odd jobs done. They are always reliable, pleasant, fairly priced and the do a great job. I’ve been very happy every time I’ve used them and have recommended them to friends.

Steli is a true professional. I had some kitchen work done and needed assistance with changing my faucet, sink plumbing, and gas range. I messaged Steli on short notice and he was able to squeeze me in the very next morning on both visits.

His work was excellent. I’m happy to DIY many projects, but I don’t mess around with plumbing or gas. Steli was extremely thorough. He ran the water for several minutes after the faucet and sink installation to ensure there were no leaks. He also sprayed the gas lines after reconnecting the cooking range to make sure there was no bubbling that would indicate a gas leak. I feel very confident in his work.

On top of his top-notch handiwork, he is also very professional. He responded very quickly and thoroughly. He gave me a fair cost estimate without beating around the bush before any work was done. He communicated well and arrived exactly when he said he would each time.

Finding a reliable, responsive, and skillful handyman is such a comfort to have locally. I would highly recommend Steli, and look forward to working with him again in the future!

Steli property management has done a variety of work at our home such as hanging pictures, TVs, ceiling fans, and installing and venting a portable air conditioner. They are professional, reasonably priced and reliable. They keep all appointments and clean up before leaving. I highly recommend Steli Property Management,

We could not be more pleased and completely satisfied with the recent work completed by Stelli Property Mgt at our home. Range of “projects”, “tasks” were completed very timely and frankly perfectly…alternative solutions for the completion of the renovation, repair were presented to us …..work completed in a professional and top quality, Stelios, is a gem of a professional and even more so as a person, pleasure to work with, all at a reasonable cost, we will be having more, additional work done by Stelli.

Stelios has completed several projects for us over the past year and it's always been a pleasure to work with him.
He and his crew are professional, knowledgable, and incredibly responsive. Both their work and their customer service is top notch; they are always willing to go above and beyond to ensure a job is done well. I look forward to using Stelios and his team on any future household projects!

I have been working with Stelios for several months, and he has completed many jobs for us around our home.

Stelios and his team are responsive, professional, efficient, effective, knowledgeable trustworthy and an incredible pleasure to work with. He is always willing to help, and somehow can figure out just about anything. He will subcontract other professionals when needed (electrician or plumbing) and his contacts are always just as knowledgeable and professional.

Stelios is a gem of a find, and is my first call for anything we need around the house big or small.

We recently hired Steli Property Management to replace the outside door to our sunroom. Steli, the owner, responded to my call immediately. He was efficient, conscientious, and actually installed the door all by himself as his assistant had called out sick. (On an extremely hot day!). When he found that he needed additional material to complete the job, he went to the supply store without any additional charge for labor. He also noticed we had some siding that had come loose and secured it. He went above and beyond. We highly recommend Steli Property Management. We look forward to working with Steli again!

Amazing experience. Clean, punctual, very professional, and reasonable pricing.

All around great experience. Diagnosed the problem at my home and was very accommodating. Most importantly for me, the owner and workers were trustworthy. I will be using this company again in the future for any issues I have.
