Great prices, did an amazing job and left the yard nice and clean afterwards

We hired cholula tree service to come and cut one tree. appointment was scheduled from 9:30am and never heard from them. My husband called them several times and they never answered the phone. I’m sure they knew who it was that was calling so then I called from my office And the call was picked up right away, And the reason why they didn’t come at 9:30 was because they got stuck in a job, but as a business owner, you’re supposed to call your clients and let them know that you cannot make it. so then they said they were gonna come at 2 o’clock, and still a no show. 3pm and no one shows up. That Is horrible service from the beginning. We will be hiring someone else. Common courtesy is to give your clients a phone call if you cannot make it.

Absolutely awful service…Booked them for a 3pm appointment, confirmed with the the day before. The day of they don’t communicate at all, I call them at 3:30, they change it to 6:30, I accept even though I left work early to accommodate them. Again no contact, at 6:30 they say “we’ll be there soon.” At 6:45 still nothing so I call to cancel and the only response is “okay sorry.” Really terrible service I wouldn’t book anything with them, no customer service, not at all reliable really ruined a day and wasted my time.

Hired Cholula Tree Service for tree trimming. During the job, a paver on my property was broken, and a falling branch struck my truck while it was parked on the street.

My wife witnessed one of the workers walk up to and inspect the truck immediately afterward. When I contacted the owner to discuss the damage, he refused to take responsibility or offer any compensation, including additional work to offset the damage.

The damage occurred during active cutting, and no effort was made to acknowledge or take ownership of it. The work was completed, but the refusal to address damage caused during the job was disappointing.

I had a really good experience with this tree service from start to finish. The pricing was very fair and reasonable, especially for the amount of work they did. The employees were great—friendly, hardworking, and respectful the whole time. They took their time to make sure everything was done right and didn’t rush the job. Cleanup was done perfectly before they left, which I really appreciated. Overall, honest work, good people, and fair prices. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs tree work done. 🤩👏

the first year they were fine and friendly,so i kept them but had several issues and called and explain.The second season the weedcutter made a whole in my expensive vinyl siding,i called and and they send someone but did nothing.I let it go,i have called about hitting my small maple with the weed eater on the base of the tronk,now the tree is dead.That tree was a memorial to my husband.They also kept going around my trees and digging up the grass and you could see the soil.every season weeds and add grasses were appearing and killing good grass,even after paying 80.00$ amonth for weeds.This years i tried not to complain but the weeds in august were taking over,in desperation i called and i supposetly told the not to come.Sabba did not come anymore even after begging to cut 5 weeks worth of growth,they dumped me a widow with health issue and the month of sept.is paid in full+the chemicals,the bill is 230.00+some cents,after many request for getting my money back ,today oct 22 i have not received a penny back.It started well but its been a nightmare.Tania Garo is my name,i detest going to court but it seems i am going to have,+they owe me 35+tx for a non cutting week in may due to rain.this is making me sick,they are not bad people but was told by one of there relative that they get sloppy.They is a lot more to say but this is gettting to long.They claim to owe me 132 &half.its wrong.I have my bank statement.I had to go back to work so i could take care of my litttle property and paid 100.00$ to have my lawn mowed.

Danny’s team did an incredible job with building a new driveway with paving stones for a relative a few years ago. I definitely recommend.
