Absolutely fantastic, up and above. Edwin came and diagnosed the issue - and stayed all day until it was done! At the worst possible time, my toilet backed up and I was blessed to have found Len The Plumber. They will be my go-to plumber now!! Kind, considerate and knowledgeable! I had a fused hose on a spigot that I needed removed. They came over an hour after my call to remove it and happened to spring a leak in the process. Not as a result of their error, the pipe was not installed correctly originally. They were very helpful and agreeable when a larger fix was needed for that. They came the quickly the next day and repaired it at a fair price. Adam was a true professional throughout and communication from the team was great.

Sam the plumbing technician that did the hot water install was a highly skilled, detailed oriented and genuinely nice person. He did an immaculate installation job in a very difficult space in the home. I highly recommend him.

I had an emergency and they came out extremely quickly. To fix the toilet, they recommended that I do the full rebuild. After the repair, everything seemed to be working fine until the next day when the toilet overflowed again. I called them back and they came out right away (a different person came this time). This individual recommended that we needed a completely new toilet as the existing toilet was around 26 years old. I explained that I just spent a lot of money on the rebuild but they were only willing to offer a discount of about $100 on the new toilet installation despite the fact that the invoice says there is a 90 day warranty. Lastly, I would say that while the people are very nice, the prices are extremely high. For example, you are looking at over $600 for a new toilet installation (and that's if you buy the toilet).

I experienced a pipe burst, and hired a plumber from another company to fix it, they did for quite a premium (including a $450 investigation fee).
However even after 1 week of water remediation, even though the basement was now dry, there was still water/wetness detected under the tiles in my bathroom and laundry room. Fearing another leak, I called Len the Plumber, who sent Josh promptly.
Josh was very professional, listened to all the details of the prior leak and the current problem. Looked at the suspected pipes and showed me where to read the water meter and the fact that it was not moving even after an hour meant it was not another leak, but rather trapped water that the remediation team need to address.

Staff were incredibly friendly, immediately responsive and reached out right away to set up appointment.

Plumber Devon was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and professional in assessing the problem, explaining what needed to be done and everything was taken care of efficiently. Devon deserves a raise!!! So courteous and friendly!!!

I’ve had a bad experience with Len the Plumber - we had a water filtration system and reverse osmosis system put in less than 7 months ago. We have a warranty on the product. The system requires some maintenance on it which, when it was installed, we were told they would come back to our location to take care of. I’ve now put in 6 calls with Len the Plumber with no call back - between the time we had it installed to now, they no longer service our area. However, this is no excuse! I put in a call and spoke with multiple individuals who say they will help and escalate the situation and have a manager call back within 24-48 hours and still, no one called back.

Dominick arrived on time. He was polite and totally professional. Offered sage advise regarding remediation. Snaked our line, flushed it thoroughly and cleared debris from air conditioning unit
I would highly recommend Dominick/Len the Plumber.

Don't waste your time. They tried to charge me $800 to replace my kitchen faucet. A job that takes roughly 1-2 hours with $200 in parts and they want $800+. And of course they want $49 just to give you an estimate that is three times what any reasonable person should charge. Avoid and call literally anyone else.

Adam was fantastic! He explained what he found, explained that the tech team would review the findings. While we waited, he then explained the different options available, depending on what the tech team decided, so I had time to think about what was best for me. He answered all my questions. When the tech team got back to him, I decided to have HIM install the unit because I felt very comfortable with how he presented himself and how he explained what was wrong so I could understand.

He then made sure to put me on the schedule first thing Saturday morning so I could get hot water back into the home. On Saturday, he and his co-worker arrive on time. They explained what they would be doing and how long it would take. They were also so quiet that I forgot they were there until they come upstairs to get something from the truck.

When they finished, Adam explained everything to me about the unit and the front panel, as well as the warranty will remain intact for the remaining 3 years of the original unit. I can’t say enough about what a great experience it was.

I also want to mention that there was an ambulance in front of my house when Adam arrived the first day because my elderly mom fell and we needed help. Adam respectfully waited for them to leave before getting out of the truck and coming to the door. To me that spoke volumes about his character!! I REALLY appreciated that because I was a little frazzled during that time.

I will definitely call Len the Plumber again should I need anything else done and will also recommend them to my friends and tell them to ask for Adam specifically. HE WAS AMAZING! I also must mention that Adam’s co-worker during the installation was also fantastic. Since I didn’t receive a separate survey for him, I felt I should mention it in this one.

Contacted this company for a possible water leak in my mobile home. They sent a tech the same day. Tech advised that he was unable to go under my home to determine where the leak was, and that my floor was sinking. Tech contact restoration co, who was supposed to call that day, and did not. Contact made in the afternoon the next day, restoration advised they were responding to my home. I advised I was not available and requested response a few days later, on Friday. Rep asked if he could call Thursday evening to set up time, never heard from rep again. Got my own restoration co to remove flooring and part of walls due to water damage. Plumber advised he needed a hole in the floor to work on pipes from above, which was passed on to restoration co. When plumber returned, he advised that the restoration company should not have removed all items, such as the tub from my bathroom, although there is clearly water damage underneath. He then advised that the restoration co also re-routed my plumbing, after insisting that my tub drain was not in the place I stated and knew it had been. I was able to confirm through photos and an outside source that my plumbing was never re-routed or changed in any way and I was in fact correct about the location of my drain! I was told they couldn't find the source of the leak because they had no way of running water to determine and that holes for working on plumbing from above were in the wrong place, not true. Plumber was also advised that wood floor was temporary and could be moved, which he refused to entertain. I was advised to contact the restoration co in reference to issues, but, after asking what I was addressing, could not get an answer. The plumbers then stepped out to make a call, and upon return, advised that they were not allowed to work on my home per their supervisor. I asked what I could do to fix the issue or allow for the work to be done, I was never given an answer. I was advised I would have to contact a much bigger company and the cost would be much more because of the perceived mistakes by the restoration company, again, there were no mistakes! I WAS LEFT IN TEARS WITH NO HELP! Upon initial contact, the company was made fully aware that I have a mobile home, there was no mention of not being able to service this type of home. I was only told, by the plumber, that he couldn't go under the home due to water and debris at that time. On return, the two plumbers spoke amongst each other about the job being "A job and a half" and needing to be done "50% from above and 50% from below", because the restoration company re-routed pipes, which again, was never the case! If the plumber or company did not want or could not do the job, they should have advised that right from the beginning, instead of making false accusations about a company that DID DO THEIR JOB PROPERLY! I was left a complete mess with no help, other than a few BIG company names thrown at me, that would not service my home! I would never trust this company again!

***Update - it's been 4 days, no contact attempt made. Shows importance!

The plumbing services is five star but Sam who did our plumbing is six star! The company and Sam are extremely professional and get the job done! They’re responsive and keep their customers in the know. No hidden fees. No games. Straightforward & direct. Sam was great. He was able to figure out & fix our plumbing issue within an hour. I’d absolutely use Len The Plumber & Sam again. Highly recommended!

Len The Plumber is great--- the online schedule is easy and the staff was very responsible. The technician Edwin is even super--- He quickly idenitified the issues and effectively communicated with us about possible solutions. He replaced two toilets for us, and his work was superb and clean; no messiness in the surrounding area. We are very happy with Edwin. He's great.

I had a very good experience with Devon from Len the Plumber. He knew his stuff, he explained clearly what my options were and once I chose the next step, he went about his business with competence and expertise.

For my situation, the fact that Len the Plumber includes a camera inspection with the snaking/jetting meant I could get what I needed for a price that was as good as or better than the other folks. You should know that the camera inspection is done separately from the work on clearing the drains, so you may need to wait for that step.

We had a plumbing issue on a Saturday and I was so stressed as we also had a party during that EXACT day. I called one company and they didn’t have any technician available. I then came across Len the plumber on google and gave it a try. We had an operator answer right away and sent a technician within 3-4 hours. I was even happier to find out that Gavin (plumber) 1-2 hours earlier than expected. He was very professional and got the job done the same day! We were able to use our kitchen sink right in time for the party! I hope we won’t have another leak! Thank you Gavin!

Len the Plumber was great. They sent Dominick out and he was knowledgeable, speedy, and left me feeling like the job was done right. They sent his photo and location prior to the appointment so I knew what to expect and when. Would use again.

Had a great experience with Len The Plumber. The technician they sent, Samuel, was not only very knowledgeable and did great work (also very friendly) but also gave me several options of which way to go to fix the plumbing issue. Hence, I will be using their services in the near future.

This plumbing company is amazing ! I was able to book my appointment online. Received text and email confirmation w date and time. The morning of they called me to let me know when Robert was on his way. Sent a picture of whom to expect along w a-little bio. He came a few minutes early which was awesome and was so nice and efficient! I would highly recommend this company.

Really happy and satisfied with the service Sam provided in fixing a pinhole leak in my basement water pipe. He was very professional from the time he arrived and mindful in keeping the area clean while fixing the issue as my basement floor is carpeted, I hardly had any any cleanup after he left. I would highly recommend this company and Sam as a technician for any plumbing issues.

I had a great experience with Len the Plumber! Phillip and Dan replaced a leaking valve, installed a new water heater, added a new isolation valve for the main line, and removed an unnecessary valve.
