I had a fused hose on a spigot that I needed removed. They came over an hour after my call to remove it and happened to spring a leak in the process. Not as a result of their error, the pipe was not installed correctly originally. They were very helpful and agreeable when a larger fix was needed for that. They came the quickly the next day and repaired it at a fair price. Adam was a true professional throughout and communication from the team was great.
Sam the plumbing technician that did the hot water install was a highly skilled, detailed oriented and genuinely nice person. He did an immaculate installation job in a very difficult space in the home. I highly recommend him.

I had an emergency and they came out extremely quickly. To fix the toilet, they recommended that I do the full rebuild. After the repair, everything seemed to be working fine until the next day when the toilet overflowed again. I called them back and they came out right away (a different person came this time). This individual recommended that we needed a completely new toilet as the existing toilet was around 26 years old. I explained that I just spent a lot of money on the rebuild but they were only willing to offer a discount of about $100 on the new toilet installation despite the fact that the invoice says there is a 90 day warranty. Lastly, I would say that while the people are very nice, the prices are extremely high. For example, you are looking at over $600 for a new toilet installation (and that's if you buy the toilet).
I experienced a pipe burst, and hired a plumber from another company to fix it, they did for quite a premium (including a $450 investigation fee). However even after 1 week of water remediation, even though the basement was now dry, there was still water/wetness detected under the tiles in my bathroom and laundry room. Fearing another leak, I called Len the Plumber, who sent Josh promptly. Josh was very professional, listened to all the details of the prior leak and the current problem. Looked at the suspected pipes and showed me where to read the water meter and the fact that it was not moving even after an hour meant it was not another leak, but rather trapped water that the remediation team need to address.
