    Please do not go with Karlo & brothers....its a complete RIP off company....All the reviews are fake....they are posted by the owner only...they came to my house for frozen pipe and they charged me $90 just for coming and for thawing he said $600....On top of it he broke my shut off valve rubber due to which i had problems and i had to get it fixed by someone else...Please do not go with them......its complete waste of money....

    Very dissappointed with their attitude towards customer. I had an appointment in the afternoon at 4:00 for a leaky garbage disposal in the sink and when they didn´t show up till almost 5:00, I called. I spoke to Karlos and he said ¨we are sorry we cannot come¨. We are far away and cannot come to your place for a small leak. When I told them that they should have called me earlier as I had depended on them and didn´t contact any other plumber, he just said¨ well I am sorry¨ They are not dependable if you don give them big job.
