This the third time we’ve had to use Plumbing Solutions services.
This time we had the pleasure of working with Reuben. He was also very pleasant, informative and professional.
He accessed the issue, provided different solutions and their cost. He also took the time to patiently answer questions related to other issues I may need repaired down the line.
Plumbing Solutions definitely knows the definition of QUALITY.
I will continue use their services!

Sagio and John were great . Lots of our house work was last minute items. They spent all day to fixed everything and clean up very well.

A wonderful experience from the appointment call to the complete repair. The customer service assistant Karen was very caring and calming. Karen knew exactly what my issue was, assured me all the technicians have all the parts I needed for repair. Ruben was my technician and he shook my hand and was very pleasant. He answered all of my many questions and remained extremely polite and pleasant throughout the entire process. I Was very anxious however between Karen and Ruben I felt very uncomfortable. I appreciate your concern and help to resolve my issues. I will definitely reach out to you when another issue arises. Thank you all so very much. Susan .
