Arrived on time and in timely manner! Needed holes drilled in wall to do washer hookups from my hallway to bathroom. Fixed a tricky dryer problem: the back panel detached, leaving a gap between the chamber and the heating element. A Nasty and a dangerous issue (fire hazard). Valentin is highly competent, courteous, fast.

This is not an appliance repair company, this is lead generator. They just connect your phone number to other random repair people in the area. In my case, I didn't figure out that who they farmed me out to has a 1.2 star rating on Yelp until after he messed up my dryer several times over. I imagine most of these reviews are fake or got the luck of the draw and got a better person that I did. WOULD AVOID.

The person they sent us did not fix our problem and took our money. When we tried to call them to help again, they ghosted. These other reviews are clearly fake and AI generated. Do not use them unless you want to flush your money down the toilet.

I called about a dishwasher that wasn't draining and Elliot talked with me over the phone to figure out what the problem could be. It turned out it it was the garbage disposal that was clogged and not an issue with the dishwasher. Elliot was extremely helpful and patient with the advice he gave me to solve the problem.

I needed repair on one fridge, and they also provided tips and pointers on how to extend the life of your refrigerators and freezers. I highly recommended.
