I bought a refridgerator from Castros. It is a 30 inch Amana with a bottom freezer, stainless steel. I am very pleased with it.

Do not use this business. I Scheduled an appointment for a refrigerator check up. Technician never came, called again and rescheduled but again technician did not show up . Very unprofessional

The repair person really took time to try and figure out our issues. Scheduling was a little hectic up front, so be prepared to shift dates somewhat.

2021 UPDATE - this company scammed us with charging for 1st service just to check what's wrong with the equipment. they showed up and as a follow up never came in to replace the part. kept on scheduling and never showing up. STAY AWAY AND PAY THAT EXTRA $50 to GET PROFESSIONAL COMPANY Fix the house appliance/equipment you need.

BASICALLY I would say 7/10 times their MOTTO is to keep collecting 1st time service FEES and then to promise a future fixing of equipment.

The receptionist was very professional and personable. She took time to talk and explained everything to me. I take pride in dealing with businesses in the area that I live in.

They canceled the appointment numerous times and only after I kept calling to follow up to see if they were coming. Whoever answers their phone is rude
