Their crew was on time and professional, and they completed their work quickly but thoroughly, leaving no mess behind. The air quality in our house has significantly improved, and the fireplace is now operating like new again, and even the roof looks better because they took the time to teach us maintenance tips. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about their clients. We heartily recommend them!

He completed professional Attic Installation using quality insulation. Paul also addressed an Attic Repair that improved ventilation. He explained attic performance and roofing support clearly. Before leaving, he checked the attic for moisture buildup. He explained their Mold Removal service, performed mold cleaning, and confirmed Mold Removal availability.

Absolutely unprofessional. Was suppose to be here in the Morning today and still no news of showing up.

The company sent somebody for an estimate but I could understand his English very well especially on his phone which was really bad. Otherwise price for painting job was competitive.

WORST SERVICE, THEY DID NOT EVEN SHOW UP OR CALL TO RESCHEDULE

I called this company on a Saturday to help me clean out my window AC unit from mold that accumulated last summer and then to install it for me.
The first person I spoke to told me to wait for someone named Sam to call me.
Then Sam calls and tells me that he is going to check with his guy for scheduling and will get back to me, but he doesn't know when because he doesn't have his schedule with him.
So by Sunday afternoon I was still waiting to hear back from Sam about making an appointment when I get 3 calls back to back from a new number and when I pick up, it's someone completely new, who does not bother to tell me his name, who he is, or why he is calling, and just tells me that he is outside my apartment right now. When I ask him what this is about he says it's for the AC unit. Great, except I'm not home because I was still waiting on Sam to call me to schedule something.
So me and this new person settle on Monday at 6pm.
Monday rolls around, I leave work early to make it home by 6, and then comes the waiting game. By 6:45 I get impatient and call the new guy and ask where he is and when he will be here. He says "oh... how about in an hour or so? I was late to this job so I can't be there until at least an hour or I can come tomorrow". So I tell him I've been waiting and I can't leave work early again tomorrow to wait for him so it has to get done today. He tells me he will call me when he leaves this job and we'll see where I'm at at that point. 8:15 rolls around and still nothing, so I call back. This guy was HOME. He went HOME. He told me that he could no longer do today and he could come back tomorrow or any other day if I give him a time.
This is the worst customer service I have ever received. Not only did no one at the company do their jobs properly, but I lost money by leaving my own job early to meet them and they could not even bother to call me to let me know what was happening or to reschedule. Not even after I called them the first time to tell them I was waiting for them.

My Mom’s very happy to have her room repainted by this company’s painters. She could not stop talking about you guys. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience and service! 10/10!!!

We had an appt for today that I made last week. I called at 730am this morning and confirmed the appt. They verified my info and said the prison would be there between 9-11am. At 1130am I gave them a call to check in as the contractor didn’t show up yet. They said they would check and call me back. They never did. I called two times after to check back and no answer. Awful customer service and clearly not reliable.
