He was unprofessional Mr Tate always late or didnt show up at all. He destroyed my bathroom floor while fixing a plumbing issue. My landlord continually call Mr. Tate to rectify the situation and when finally show up the (work ) he did was subpar and made the condition even worse an essence he really did a patch job. Im very disappointed that he take advantage of my elderly landlord

It was a big job and they stayed into the early evening finishing up with small add-ons that I requested. For such a big job, I thought it was a fair price. This is terrible service. I needed to have the ventilation system of my nail salon inspected for a report to the building department, so I discussed the details of the salon's ventilation system before making an appointment. The inspection was quick, and I paid. They sent me the certification. When the building department inspector asked for the CFM number, they said to wait and promised to call back. From morning until afternoon, I didn't receive a call, and when I called them, they still said to wait. In the evening, they called me to say they couldn't do it, and then they hung up. I called again, and they never answered. Terrible, awful service.
