Great company, very reasonably priced! Max and team were exceptional.. He explained everything and made sure we knew exactly what we were getting. Max and all his crew were fantastic because they're all very hard workers, and we're thrilled with the end result. I was very concerned about our new patio (hardscaping & landscaping, shrubs, etc.), and they made sure that everything was tarped and looked after. Max's level of service, communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail exceeded all expectations.. Everything was cleaned up perfectly! I highly recommend them.

Had new deck posts replaced, masonry retaining wall and concrete floor demolished and replaced. Overall good quality work with a quick turn around. Max is great to work with and attentive to detail to make sure all our needs were met. Thank you.

My house is smack-dab in the middle of a busy city, with narrow streets and alleyways - a real headache for any renovation job. But Max and his team? They worked wonders. They didn't let the lack of space for heavy machines slow them down. Instead, they tackled everything by hand, making the challenging situation look like a breeze.

Their skills really shone through when they laid down geotextile fabric and crushed gravel, leveling out my yard and setting the stage for what was to come. They added paving stones, which instantly gave my yard an inviting and cool vibe.

Max and his team are an incredible team. We hired them to fix two retaining walls that were falling apart, one of them being on the verge of collapsing. They also added pavers and an artificial grass area, which came out amazing. They always showed up on time and always made sure the area was cleaned at the end of the work day. Truly professionals and a pleasure to work with, they were never hesitant to answer any questions and always made sure that any concerns we had were addressed. Don't hesitate to hire this team, you won't regret it.

We had a wonderful experience with Exteriors Designs from the initial quote to the final paver laid. Honestly, in our 22 years of homeownership, we've never dealt with a company so professional, reliable, efficient, hard-working, thorough...the list of accolades goes on. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience, not to mention the gorgeous new driveway, walkway and patio that has transformed our home. We'd highly recommend ED to everyone!

This company did work for my neighbor. Despite good reviews, they made a TERRIBLE mess on the entire block (including on my property) for 2 WEEKS straight! Workers were asked to clean up their dust/rubble/debris daily, and they made NO EFFORT to do so! There were messes, with practically zero cleanup- ever. The styrofoam bascoat they started with went all over our balconies, decks, alleyways, yards, patios, decks, and in all of our plants and landscaping.

The only thing that helped slightly, was times wind or rain blew the dust & rubble elsewhere. Sadly, it often blew it back onto our properties and we CONSTANTLY tried to clean it up ourselves.

Several neighbors had to purchase leaf blowers and vacuums for the first time to try to do some cleanup, because the workers would not clean up and left daily messes, despite being asked and told by bosses! No one was reimbursed for this, nor did we even receive an apology!

Even during nice weather, we could not open any windows because the dust and some debris would blow in through the screens. Cement was dripped all over our cable tv wires as well as cement chunks falling on buildings and sidewalks. 2 weeks after the work was finished, this material is STILL in crevices and blows around with wind and rain! They even left a 3 foor length of red tape accidebtally cemented to the property, near the roof!

We were assured by Max that his crew would do a thorough clean up upon the completion of the job, but Max never showed up again after that day, and nothing was ever cleaned! All talk, no action! We had to cancel plans for company to visit, including a Labor Day weekend BBQ because of the mess that remained from their sloppy work and lack of cleanup- not to mention that the cement facade color and design doesn't even match the bottom or sides of the building they worked on. This experience ruined our entire month!

I would definitely not recommend this irresponsible company to anyone, due to the terrible experience that we are STILL dealing with. Couldn't possibly post photos of everything but including a sample.

We just finished a full patio design and build with True Patio and honestly couldn’t be happier. Max was great from the start — he didn’t just throw numbers at us, he actually walked us through different options and helped us figure out what would work best for our space and budget.

I can't thank Max and his crew enough for the job they did on our paver patio. Before we even started, the time and effort he put into securing the permit was above and beyond (something no other company we considered was willing to do). A rough run of weather delayed the start of the project, but during that time Max stayed in steady contact providing updates - we always felt we were front of mind and a priority, even though our job was on the smaller side. Their attention to detail was evident throughout the process - even after the work was done, Max noticed a small area he felt could use more sand after it had settled. Within a couple days, there he was in the backyard with a bag of sand and a broom to make everything just right. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out and wouldn't hesitate hiring them for a future project.
