Excellent! I searched online. Saw the reviews on thumbtack and yelp so I pulled the trigger. They were great. We recently moved into a new apartment and they had emailed a list of what’s included it was exactly what I needed. Price was reasonable and the service was great I definitely recommend them!

After using Rick and his parents (Regina) and their team for a great new construction clean we hired them again to clean our condo. Not only did they fail to clean most of the apartment but they also stole money from the desk drawer, riffled through paperwork and stole my mom’s 43 year old wedding ring along with ALL of our other jewelry. As if listening to my father cry about the stolen ring wasn’t heartbreaking enough, Rick has been lying to the police from day one and we are now 2 months into the investigation. If only Rick would do as he said and call his insurance agent we could rest a little easier putting this to bed. We chose this company and paid the premium knowing they were licensed and insured by now we’re wondering if that’s no longer true.

Only giving two stars for the customer service of Rick. Otherwise, I highly recommend you stay away from them. There are much better cleaning services in JC that don’t rush through the job and charge extra for everything that should be included. I’ve used this company 3 times and was dissatisfied every time. The first time, there were huge areas of my floor that were not even vacuumed or mopped and they didn’t even move kitchen chairs to get under them. The second time, same thing with the floor plus they moved stuff in a weird manner and didn’t put anything back (as in they rearranged my items). They put shampoo bottles from the tub to the shower when I clearly had separate shampoo for the bath, moved pet beds, etc. then they didn’t move things like small trash cans under desks to get to them. They didn’t empty two of my trash cans, left urine on the toilet, didn’t dust most surfaces including nightstands and desks, didn’t move or vacuum around litter boxes or mats, etc. Plus I paid extra for the blinds to be cleaned and they left without doing that, and they broke two items. So I reached out and Rick was extremely kind and did offer for a new crew to do the cleaning again for free. I was happy with that and so I obliged, emphasizing that it needed to be a completely new crew. Lo and behold, only two new members showed up and one was the same! What the heck??? So, whatever I let the cleaning happen. AGAIN - same issues, no attention to detail, missed areas of the floor, and moved weird stuff without asking. This time they unplugged my essential oil diffuser and put the cord in the cabinet it was sitting on…. Like why? Again moved pet beds, moved items the way they thought they looked good, and most importantly missed lots of areas of cleaning. If you want a quick option, use them. If you want a good, thorough cleaning, avoid them at all costs.

awesome service! I recently purchased a 3 family home and had them do a move in cleaning on my 1st floor, a post construction cleaning on my second floor as i finished renovations. They did an amazing job on both. extremely easy to get in contact with and book a service. I definitely recommend them. I had never used a cleaning service before but now I will always use them!

Kingdom Cleaning is the absolute BEST cleaning service I have ever received! The price is very reasonable and their work was outstanding! I have hired two previous cleaning services that didn't begin to clean nearly what Regina and the team cleaned! after just a brief amount of time the apartment was like brand new and sparkling from floor to ceiling, never had I seen my mother's home in such a beautiful state! I am overwhelmed with gratitude for finding this gem of a company!!
