Hello, the people are friendly but I would say they did an okay job. When they came to the house to do deep cleaning, I had them to clean under couches, are you going to vacuum couches ? They seem confused like it wasn't included ! They both said, if you want us to, well of course I'm paying a lot of money. They skipped cleaning under radiator because I found the same dirt still there and they never cleaned hallway floor. They were nice but not for me

They are so easy to work with - they communicate clearly to schedule, are very methodical in the way they clean, and I trust them blindly to even come into my house when I'm not there to clean.
