Meyer & Depew charged my husband $1,700 per unit to reroute approximately five feet of furnace B-vent through the roof of each unit in our duplexa total of $3,400. Roof repair was not included. The estimate allowed two hours per unit, and the work took less time. At the time of this writing, I estimate the listed materials would cost roughly $200$275 at retail per unit; that is my estimate, not their actual cost. Even allowing for overhead and other expenses, I find the price exorbitant for the work performed. Buyer beware: get another quote before agreeing to their price.

Our industrial chiller had developed a refrigerant leak during a big rush job. Air Systems Maintenance responded in good time. Mark detected the leak, got the right (hard to find) parts, fixed the leak and had us up and running in a day. Very professional, thank you.

I only paid for the annual agreement itself, as that's what I signed up for. The service person who came to my place was very friendly and answered all our questions.

They told me it'd be more cost-effective to start over. I figured that meant just the old boiler would get replaced.
