Our toilet backed up during hurricane Ida...the entire state needed help and JR was incrediblely professional and communitve. His crew worked around the clock and did an excellent job in what had to be the most trying circumstances.

These guys are AMAZING. Just when I was starting to lose hope and start to think that I would have to break into my bathroom walls to clear a clog, Sabra came to the rescue and stopped at nothing to get the clog cleared without having to do anything invasive. It was a tricky clog, but they persisted and assured me that they would give it their all. And they definitely did! So grateful that I was referred to Sabra!

We had a blocked drain late on a Sunday evening. As soon as I called, Taylor responded and had the issue resolved within an hour. He was extremely professional, diligent and transparent, and we could not be more happy with his work and that of the Sabra team.

These guys are great - they arrived on schedule and quickly identified the problem. They were polite and professional explaining what they were doing and even had the technology to show me video of my sewer line and where the problems were. They gave practical advice on how to minimize future problems and their price was fair and competitive. Last but not least they left my basement clean neat and tidy, a rarity nowadays. This is a company that seems to take pride in its work.

Jr and his whole Sabra team did a great job at our 125 year old home. They replaced the old house trap and cleared 125 years of old roots from the house all the way out to the street. They showed us exactly what they were doing, shared video of the sewer line and made us feel confident that we can expect trouble free service for years to come and if our drain line ever starts to slow down in the future they will be the first call we make. Called in for a plumbing issue and they were here bright and early!!! We’re very polite and very easy to speak too!! Such nice guys trying to help any way possible, found the issue in a blink of an eye and told me what the steps were I had to take to resolve broken pipes...helped me speak to D.P.W and get issued resolved quickly!! Early this morning, after 30 years, our laundry sink overflowed while the washing machine was running. A lake of water, luckily I was home. Based on a friend's recommendation, I contacted Sabra Sewer and was informed that a repairperson would be there in the morning. The two gentlemen who came were polite, professional, efficient, and CLEAN. This was an outstanding experience for us. It often does not turn out this way. Thank you Sabra Drain and Sewer!

Sabra came highly recommended by a trusted friend and they did not disappoint! While our request wasn’t necessarily an emergency, Junior was accommodating and scheduled us right away. Junior was responsive and on time. We would definitely call him for future needs.

I had a clogged drain line and Sabra Drain & Sewer not only got the job done, but was amazing to work with throughout the process. Junior returned my call within 20 minutes very early in the morning and had someone to my house within hours. They looked at the line and recommended our sewer stack be descaled as build up over time likely contributed to the problem. The team came back at a later date and descaled our sewer stack and jetted our line out to the street. While the sewer line presented unexpected challenges, Sabra had all the specialized equipment needed and kept at it till it was done right. Junior kept me updated throughout the process and stood by the original estimate given.

While I hope you never need a drain and sewer company, I can’t recommend Junior and the folks at Sabra enough! THANK YOU!

Junior is very professional and knowledgeable when we had a major issue with our toilet. My son decided to flush a mega block and it got stuck in the main sewer line. The amount of work that needed to be done was done quickly and perfectly! I can’t thank them enough and I highly recommend them :)

We recently hired Sabra Drain for the first time and were impressed by their fair pricing and professional service. After calling on a Sunday without leaving a voicemail, we received a callback in 12 mins and they provided clear pricing over the phone for my father's backed-up utility sinks. Sunday repair cost extra, but it was worth it since another company was going to charge a fee just for a Sunday consultation. Derek, the plumber who assisted us, was friendly, responsive and arrived half an hour after we texted our address. He fixed the issue in around 30 mins and then gave his assessment/diagnosis of what likely caused the blockage without inflating the problem. The transparency in pricing was much appreciated, and they also provided a 30-day warranty. I highly recommend Sabra Drain and Derek and would hire them again without hesitation.

I recently had a main line sewer backup and contacted Sabra Drain & Sewer to help resolve the issue. They came equipped with a camera to inspect the line and discovered a lot of roots growing in it. They efficiently used a machine to cut the roots and flush everything out. I was impressed with their professionalism, patience, and the quality of their work. I was very impressed with the outstanding service sabra drain provided. Jason was my technician. He was excellent, and very confident and assured me that they would be able to unclog the drain he made a strong effort to get the job done correctly…I really appreciated that. So Sabra was our second opinion when one plumber didn’t necessarily help, nor give the correct explanation to our problem. I am so very happy that this group of gentleman were able to properly diagnose the issue. They were very clean, friendly, joked with us while they worked, and went above and beyond to explain the findings of their diagnosis. They also recommended a couple of solutions. They even sprayed a lovely Apple air freshener after cleanup. Thank y'all again so much for everything!

Update: Issue still ongoing (NOT because of Sabra), we’re having to deal with a property manager & a first opinion amateur “plumber.” Sabra has continued to go above & beyond to permanently fix our problems and stand by the right way to fix them, instead of suggesting the easy way, as the other did. I HIGHLY recommend this company. They are very patient, knowledgeable, thorough, and absolutely want to take care of their customers to the best of their ability (which they have more than succeeded already.) Thank you fellers for everything you have and will continue to do for us!

I have used Sabra on several occasions for things ranging from sewer back up to getting a camera to snake through hundreds of feet of outdoor piping looking for a clog. Every time I use them, I am reminded why. They are always professional, accommodating, and friendly. Junior, who runs the business, is spectacular, and he seems to hire only the best quality people.
