Used Sabra 2 times and both times they responded immediately. Came to our house shortly after the call and fixed the sewer and piping. Will definitely use them again. The crew was excellent and worked quickly and resolved the issue both times.

I am so grateful for Sabra Drain’s prompt expert service! My wife noticed the soapy volcano coming into our crawlspace, seen in the attached video, and I was shocked and miffed by washing machine suds spewing from the AC drain pipe! Martin came same day, diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes, and did a meticulous repair. We had grease and food particles from our kitchen and laundry room drain pipes lodged in the main drain causing backup. Our daughter is coming home from camp with 1000 pounds of laundry, and we are beyond pleased and grateful for the world class, clean, prompt and courteous, service from beginning to end. Horrible customer service!! Reached out for a clogged toilet issue “after hours” (around 5:30pm) as the owner made sure to mention several times, even though they are “open 24/7”. Our line was snaked, but it didn’t resolve anything. The plumber on scene used a camera (not at our request) because he couldn’t identify the problem. We were not charged for the camera as the owner made sure to mention numerous times because according to him, we should have paid about $1,000 (snake and camera) only to still be left with an issue. The plumber on scene told us there was a bottle stuck in the line 10ft deep after viewing it on their camera. We asked what the next step was because the issue was still not resolved. After explaining the next step, the plumber told us that it was too cold to do the hydro jetting that night. We were charged $500 for them to “identify the problem”, but not fix the problem. I’ve never heard of this before. The next day, my husband called the owner (obviously frustrated). The owner tells him our next option again and “went into great detail to explain everything to him” (he made sure to repeat that several times on the phone to me). The price to fix our problem would be an additional $1,000. We were not told a diagnosis would be $500. We didn’t ask for them to come to assess the situation. We called them to fix our problem. During this conversation, he repeatedly said “with all due respect” (as if he thought saying that over and over excused his disrespect of talking over me and being argumentative the entire conversation). He offered his services again (with out a guarantee that the issue would be fixed) and in the same breath, told me that maybe we aren’t the right customers for them. He also accused us of expecting them to come back and “fix” the issue for free. What we expected was to pay them to fix our issue, as well as better customer service. Luckily for him, we are definitely not the kind of customers who want to give a company more money just so they can “diagnose” problems and not fix them, or be able guarantee their work when asked. In my opinion, any respectable businessman would have offered to apply the $500 we paid towards any future amount to actually resolve the issue. The workers that came to the house were very nice, but another company came and took the object out and rectified the issue in less than an hour without any hydro jetting, cameras, or extra equipment. The difference in their work from start to finish, was night and day.

So happy with how pleasant & efficient technician Kenneth was with cleaning out my kitchen drain today. I would highly recommend Sabra Drain & Sewer.

I had a backed-up toilet late at night and called Sabra Drain & Sewer based on a recommendation, and I’m glad I did. They were responsive, even at that time of night, and had someone out to my house quickly. The technician was professional, explained what was going on, and got the job done efficiently. What really stood out was that they didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary—the pricing was fair and upfront. They even made sure everything was clean before they left. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again if I ever needed.

Highly recommend Sabra. I called and told them my issue was not urgent yet they came within 24 hours. The technician was friendly and professional and cleaned up after themselves.

Rockledge has worked with Sabra drain for years. The owner is Junior and he is excellent. We own buildings in New Jersey and whenever we’ve had any kind of major plumbing job we always call them. They are responsive and professional and capable and while they are not cheap, they are also not unreasonably priced.

Owner called me directly that the guys were on their way. I wasn't Home, he said no problem my guys can be there first thing in the morning by 730-8am. The guys were here exactly at 730am. Fix the problem. Very punctual and professional. I highly recommend.

I just used Pipefitters to fixed a leaky pipe in my basement. This is the best service I ever got from a company. The owner Alex came out the day before and the work was done the next day. You can't beat the price. I wished I found them sooner. Anyone looking for Plumming services, this is the company to use. I will definitely be using them again.
