Absolutely dismal experience, couldn't even give them business. Beginning was great! Showed up on time as promised. Then to get them to actually come and do the job, it's been over six weeks and I couldn't get a call back. I called, left messages, sent emails, got in touch with higher ups, etc. Luckily, a competitor was faster, got back to me, and cheaper! Spoke to countless reps and two managers from this place, all failed. Wouldn't recommend to even someone I didn't like.

A Great Job overall! I do have a nick about 1/4 of a inch on my stainless steel door. Also the side molding is starting to open. I did report this when my shower was finished. This seems small but I don’t want any problems down the road.

Every person I interacted with for my bathroom upgrade were curteous and professional. They all were very concious of Covid protocols, the installers were neat and efficient. One minor issue due to a defective valve was addressed immediately upon notification of the issue. There was good communication with the office staff with regard to scheduling and appointments for measurement and installation. The overall experience with our renovation was excellent.

We recently got our bath tub/shower fitted through Bath Fitter. They explain what they will be offering clearly and how much it will cost. Our tub was getting old and chipped. It was hard to keep clean even. We agreed to the terms. The technician was very skilled and very nice. He did an excellent job. The tub and walls were covered with marble to the ceiling. The plumbing and the drain were replaced with brand new materials. All done in one day. We were quite pleased! I suspect this is going to add to the value of our house when it is time to sell !

I had already posted a review on Consumer Affairs. This company completed my bathroom project in only one day and everything was perfect. The clean-up was complete and the materials were high quality. I sought out this company after several other quotes and this one came out to be the best in my opinion and then in my experience. I highly recommend Bath Fitter Keyport for any issue regarding your tub/shower area. Mark

They were quick to schedule a call. Sales man was nice but said he needs to check with his manager as they need verify some stuff. Was told someone will get back, its been 3 weeks and so far no one bothered to follow up. So much for 1 day install when they weren't even about to provide an estimate. Would not recommend this company.

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Tom was our installer and he is simply THE BEST! He was friendly, thorough and made sure everything was done to our liking. Product is as promised, especially love the non slip bottom for my 1 year old!

From the initial appointment to completion of the job every single person we dealt with was just fantastic. The measure was perfect, the installation was extremely professional, clean and not in the least disruptive. We are thrilled with our new bathroom. I highly recommend.

Was walking around a friend's neighborhood when I noticed the van. Went to the owner of the van to ask them a simple question but was treated very rudely. Wouldn't trust these guys if this is the kind of person that they hire.

Well I have had such difficulties with communicating with this company, Not only are they calling us liars they are not willing to come to any solution with us. They have lied about the 0% and now will not admit there salesman was wrong. I totally regret going with bath fitter and would not recommend

We live in Edgewater Florida and used this company for a tub/shower renovation. The salesman Joel was great. He was very knowledgeable and not high pressure at all! They scheduled the work within a month after signing and Mike and his co-worker completed the install in about 6 hours. It is exactly what we wanted and they cleaned up everything! We highly recommend this company!

I had hired Sam's construction to remodel my entire house.They had great ideas that I didnt think of by creating a walk in closet ,lights,hard wood floor, bathrooms and more. They went above and beyond and identified things I wouldn't imagine. With these guys you don’t have to worrie, on time ,clean and quick. Sam installed 2800 ft² of a hardwood floor in my house in 4 days and he did a perfect job. His staff were professional, they cleaned up after themselves. It was a piece of cake I highly recommend him for everyone.

Sam's company recently did a whole remodel of my kitchen, dining room and laundry room. It took about 6 weeks, but I am beyond pleased with it! They were a very trust worthy group of people, I had to give them a key due to me and my husband working in the day and I never had a problem. I have kids and they always made sure the area was cleaned before they left. Everyone that comes cannot believe the transformation that took place. The cabinets are one of a kind, soft close, spice cabinet, pantry build around the fridge and a lazy susan, so big and spacious. Anytime I had a question or concern, Sam got back to me right away.
