Love the way they clean!! Very recommended

I have tried different cleaning company and I was never satified 100%, until I tried Lian Deep Cleaning, they cleaned every corner of my house. I was really impressed on how well they do their job.

Jennifer Roman is my favorite Maidpro Pro. She started out cleaning my 98 year old grandmother's apartment, and decided to make it a family affair to clean my house. She is quite detailed oriented and doesn't ever miss a speck. She is friendly and warm and goes above and beyond for my grandmother Jay. We all value her professionalism

The customer service was very nice however they cleaned my home when I was not there and it was not at all the job they promised. My house was barely touched. I had to wash the tub that wasn't even that bad to begin with. I had to wash my floors and dust. And to make matters worse they did not return my calls after I left numerous messages. Im not happy. Even if they would have returned my calls and tried to correct the issues I would have been ok with that. But disregard is unacceptable.

I had such a wonderful experience. Nothing is better than coming home to a clean house. I especially had a lot of dust and pet dander, and Maria did such a deep clean in the little areas. it's really the details that matter and they were spot perfect for me. Highly recommend !

I have utilized many cleaning companies in northern NJ and Maid Pro is by far the best. Excellent and patient customer service. Punctual and efficient with very reasonable pricing. Our regular pro is Danielle and she is excellent! I give her and this company 5/5 stars.

I've been using this service for several months now and have not been disappointed. Although there have been some bumps in the road, Maria and the rest of the MaidPro team have made the effort to make things right and ensure consistency on every visit by being responsive and attentive. Extremely happy with the service and the responsiveness.

I have been using MaidPro services since December 2014. I was hesitant at first to have someone cleaning my house when I was not home especially, since we have a large dog. We were able to stay home and introduce our maid- Nancy to our dog and be there for the first cleaning which set our minds at ease. Nancy does an excellent job! Now when I come home from work after Nancy has cleaned it, I walk into a fresh, dog-hair free, clean smelling house. I have never used a maid service before but MaidPro and Nancy go above and beyond what I expect each time. Looking forward to continuing my service with MaidPro.

I have had my apartment cleaned on several occasions by a few of the professionals at MaidPro and have been thrilled each time. I recommend their service to anyone that wants a no muss no fuss approach to home cleaning. I could spend hours myself and still not have as clean a place as I do after they leave. I am very happy with the service.

supremely disappointed. i was initially quoted a 4 man-hour job for my house cleaning for $194 per biweekly service. with a $25x3 ($75 total) discount special for new customers, my first cleaning was supposed to be $169. they sent a team of 2 on the day of cleaning. i proceeded to give them a tour and a synopsis of what needs to be done where, which took about 20 minutes. then they started to clean after 10 min of prep. 1.5 hours later, they got a call from the manager warning that their 2 hours are up. since they got started late due to intro and prep, the team wanted to stay a bit late and finish up to fill up the 2 hours. i was thankful at the time... until the bill came. i was charged $254, quoting that the team had spent 3 hours (6 man-hours) and that since i am cancelling my biweekly contract with them because of this, that they will rescind any and all discounts. so even if they agreed to charge a 4 man-hour bill, it still came out as if it was a 6 man-hour work.

confused? yes, as am I, with their ridiculous reasoning and non-explanation.

STAY AWAY as some of the more honest posters have warned. their hourly charge pricing model is NOT in customer's favor, and the management runs a pretty shady practice in customer service.

Maria Minchila from Maidpro in Leonia NJ came to clean our house yesterday and did an exceptional job all around. Could not be happier with the service. Our home was spotless. I look forward to working with her long term from here. Likewise, the service from Maidpro itself to get this rolling was seamless and terrific. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

I am so impressed by MaidPro. I found them initially online and I am absolutely in love. They do the best job I have ever had in any apartment I have lived in. Maria is incredible and Roza is the best. I schedule the cleaning regularly and cannot wait to come back home to an immaculate apartment. No detail is left unturned and everything is cleaned to the highest degree possible. A+ ALL AROUND!

Love them. I tried them out once and was so pleased I scheduled them monthly. Apartment is always spotless which is the best anxiety-reducer ever. This time my PRO on 6/16/2016 was Guimara & Miriam (misspelled?) and she was fantastic. Highly recommend their services and I'm keeping my monthly appointments.

Had a very bad experience. First time hiring a cleaning company. We recently purchased a house and i needed some help with cleaning to be able to move in. Hence I hired MaidPro. There was no furniture, empty space so basically easy cleaning. It was a joke. They only did superficial cleaning.. i can’t even call it cleaning. They claim to have a 49 checklist.. didn’t see them following it. After they claimed they were done I had to show them areas that were still dusty (all door handles, window frames, hardwood floors, bath vanities). They went over it again. After they left also noticed the bathroom towel holders were still very dusty, kitchen range dusty and not sure what detergent they used for hardwood floor but the stairs and many areas in different rooms now have white shades/stains on them. Im very upset and to think i paid $396 to have the place still dirty and floor ruined. I had to take the next day off of work and ended up cleaning it myself. Never hiring again!

I have been using MaidPro for several years and they have provided consistent excellent service in that time. Paola, my pro for the past two years does a good job of rotating her focus areas for deep cleaning so my apartment remains clean and neat. I would highly recommend her services.

My family signed up for the monthly cleaning, and we are very impressed! Our cleaner was Jeamy, and she did a wonderful job. We have pets and our house our floors and furniture were clear of pet fur. MaidPro goes above and beyond, and we would definitely recommend MaidPro to our friends and family.

I have been a client of Maid Pro for 2 years. They are extremely professional and our regular cleaner Maria is absolutely wonderful! She is quick, knows what we like and does not take her time in order to "run the meter up" like other companies do. Maria leaves my house perfect and smelling clean (if that's a scent) instead of smelling like cleaning products and given the fact that I have young children, this is a plus. Maid Pro's rates are extremely reasonable and they work with you when you have a schedule change! I love them!!
