Tannya E. P was my Maidpro on Wednesday for the first time she came in right on time and got to work. Later that night when I got home everything was sparkling she did an amazing job.

Update: They did address the issue by sending a check for the approximated cost of the broken item and by sending someone to remedy the damaged floor. Although we stopped using their service, it was still good to know they are a company that does what they promise to do.

I want to leave a positive review. But a “pro” broke a large item in our house two weeks ago (and didn’t pick up all the broken glass pieces thoroughly) and they have not compensated for the item or taken care of the damage to the floor yet. It was a mess. They also do not accept our calls. Not professional at all. They say they have insurance but I am questioning its legitimacy (better not be a false advertisement). I will update this review once they take care of this matter properly. Their cleaning service has been just okay so far; but regardless, based on this experience, customers be aware.

I would like to acknowledge the excellent work of Paola Rojas from the company MaidPro at the house where I live.
In addition to being highly efficient, she is meticulous in everything she does during her cleaning duties. She has a pleasant demeanor, completes her tasks within the scheduled time, and never compromises on quality. Her attitude is always respectful and courteous.

I want to leave a record of, as always, the excellent performance of Paola Rojas from the company Maidpro in cleaning the place where I live.

Today we had our first cleaning with MaidPro of Leonia and couldn’t be happier. My husband and I can’t say enough about Francesca. She did an absolutely beautiful job!

Prior to today, we were using another service and had accepted what we now realize was a mediocre job.

It has now been 5 months that MaidPro of Leonia has been cleaning our house. As always, our Pro, Francesca, did an exceptional job leaving our home looking and smelling clean and fresh. She is meticulous, a real “Pro”!

I highly recommend MaidPro’s Fanny as my cleaning lady! She is incredibly reliable and always shows up on time. The quality of her cleaning is consistently excellent, and I appreciate how thorough she is with her work.

Fanny is also very trustworthy, which gives me peace of mind when she’s in my apartment. If you’re looking for someone who does a great job and is dependable, Fanny is the one to hire!

I recently had my home cleaned by MaidPro Leonia and overall, I was very happy with the service. The team was punctual, professional, and did a great job with dusting, bathroom cleaning, and general tidying. My home looked and smelled fresh, and they followed most of my instructions well.

The only thing I wish had been done was mopping the floors—especially in the high-traffic areas. It would have really completed the clean and made a big difference.

That said, I’d still recommend MaidPro Leonia and will likely give them another try, just with a little extra emphasis on the floors next time.

I’m so grateful for the amazing job Doris Lopez did cleaning my home. She was punctual, professional, and incredibly detail-oriented. Every corner was spotless—even areas that are often overlooked. You can really tell she takes pride in her work. On top of that, she was kind and respectful throughout her visit. I will definitely hire her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-quality cleaning. Five-star service!

I had my first ever clean with MaidPro recently, and I couldn’t be more impressed — especially with Marlenny. She was incredibly thorough, professional, and went above and beyond — she even cleaned my disgusting kitchen trash can (which, honestly, has never been cleaned before).

I’ve tried other cleaning companies in the area, like Wizards of Home, and had really bad experiences — they sent a different random person every time, and the quality was wildly inconsistent. I was hesitant to try another company after that, but I’m so glad I gave MaidPro a chance.

What sets MaidPro apart is that they hire, train, and retain their own employees rather than contracting out. That means you get a consistent, trusted cleaner each time — and for me, that’s Marlenny. Company won’t return phone calls, agreed to come every other week, yet hasn’t come in over 2 weeks. They have no problem taking payment though!

Great workmanship felt very comfortable

I had a pretty simple job to care of with my circulating pump. I should have gone with my first impression which was this guy is probably unreliable with the fact you had to call him back and can't leave a voice mail given he hasn't cleared his full mailbox in more than a week so I gave up. I don't know if plumbers just don't want the job or too busy, but out of professionalism, they should call you back. I was in contact him to come to my house to do the job after the estimate, but everytime, I had to follow-up with a call. When we finally chose a day and he said he would definitely do the job, he never called nor showed up. I'm very disappointed in this plumbing experience and find the business to be unprofessional and unreliable.

My family has used Giordano Plumbing for decades. A family business spanning across three generations I have the privileged of knowing both Frank the father and Dan the son who now runs the business. The attention is personal, the response is great, and the work is clean and neat. Dan makes every effort to get the problem fixed without making a mess. I recently had my hot-water heater go. Dan worked till late in the night on a Saturday to make sure that my children and I had hot-water. The job was done neatly and professionally and when he said it would be. Thanks Dan.
