Paul just finished my whole house cleaning. I am SO glad I went to Wellduct rather than calling Sears or that other guy from the clipper magazine that claims to charge only $50 to do the whole house. My vents are shining, my ducts are clean and my air is fresh. Best of all, I am happy because the price quoted coming in was the price I paid going out. There was no attempt to upsell, and the whole transaction left me feeling like a satisfied customer. I asked when I should reschedule another service and Paul gave me an honest answer of 5-10 years for the ducts, and yearly for the dryer exhaust (it was that bad!)

As he rolled down his large industrial machine to our basement, I noticed how careful he was because he didn't want to scratch our wall. Paul, is very punctual. Came on right time. He is very through on his job while cleaning all Air Duct, Dryer vents. Also he is very good on furnace blower fan and vents cleaning. It took him 3 hours to complete the job. I have already referred to 3 friends of mine. After his cleaning my Dryer efficiency inccreased 100%. Earlier we used turn drier 2 times 60 minute each. But after cleanup within 60 minutes its drying cloths. I would definitely recommend Paul or anyone from Wellduct for Air duct, Dryer vents and furnace clean up. Very reasonable price. Its worth it. However, during this, something went wrong, and at first my furnace wouldn't turn on again. They quickly returned and addressed the problem.

I found WellDuct when I was looking for someone to come in and service 3 gas fireplaces which are all from different manufacturers. None of the fireplaces had been serviced in 10+ years and a couple of them were acting up a bit. Paul came in and did an amazing job cleaning and fine tuning the fireplaces. The two closed units were SO clean when he finished that you can't tell there is glass in them! They are burning great. One of the fireplaces is very temperamental and Paul spent a ton of time taking it apart, cleaning it and replacing a problematic part. I was so impressed with his work on the fireplaces that I asked him about their duct cleaning process - I have always been skeptical of the process performed and priced from the vents/returns because I didn't know how they could get really deep into the system to clean out the main lines. Paul thoroughly explained WellDuct's process and it made a lot of sense to me so I scheduled him to come out another time to do our home (3 systems). He just completed the work yesterday - very thorough and I was able to see in his equipment all of the dirt, dust and debris that was removed from the system. Paul is very professional, courteous and thorough in his work and you will be very comfortable giving him full run of your house to complete the job. He is a wealth of knowledge about the systems and the process and he is quick to share his knowledge and answer any questions. We have been in the house 13 years and this is the first time we did this...and I am very happy with the result and feel great about having done it. I didn't shop much for price - but based on the process and the time it takes and the result I feel great about what I paid. Paul also doesn't preach getting it done every year, etc. as if it's done right it shouldn't have to be redone often.
