Decent price and excellent service. Paul and his co-worker provided a professional service on Chimney, air duct and dryer vent inspection/cleaning in my Condo. Paul also gave me some advice on how to save energy on the HVAC unit. Highly recommend!

We had Paul come and clean all our heating and dryer ducts. He was very professional and did a very thorough job. He explained everything he was going to do before starting the job and informed us of his findings as he was working. He found a hole in our dryer vent connection and was able to repair it immediately. He arrived on time and finished the job within the time frame estimated. I would highly recommend WellDuct and will definitely use WellDuct when we are due for cleaning again.

I contacted Angie's based on a recommendation by a friend looking for a reliable company to perform dryer vent cleaning and inspection. Browsing through Angie's list of contractors that perform this service, I happened upon WellDuct Services who were rated very high, with excellent prices for the services to be rendered. I forwarded an email with 3 availability dates and was email later on the same day with a 3 hour time frame on one of my elected dates. I contacted the contractor via email to confirm the date.

I was amazed that I was contacted the day before the service was to be rendered confirming the arrival time and was contacted again by the service rep when he was 20 minutes out on the date of service.

Once the rep began to clean the vent he noticed a separation of the vent between the laundry room and its egress to the outside. He explained the situation every step of the way and repaired the vent's ingress and egress better than I have ever seen it operating. FYI, the washer and dryer were purchased 2 1/2 - 3 years ago, and I have never send the vents on the outside of my home operate the way they do now after WellDuct completed the dryer vent cleaning. Excellent, hardworking, and efficient representation by WellDuct representative.

I would strongly recommend this contractor to all my friends and associates. It is very rare to find a contractor that quote one price and before you know it, you are being bilked for whatever they can get out of you. I will be contacting this contractor for any/all duct work I need in my home.

They were thorough and worth the money! I think the tech they sent was new since her was here for two hours before the owner showed up to help. They were here for several hours and cleaned every chase of ducts in the house. The owner was very communicative. The tech should have communicated more.
