This was my second time using a cleaning service and the professionals from MaidPro - JasaRay and Tabitha, both did a great job. They were prompt, and got right to work. When they left, there was a noticeable difference. Highly recommend!

Erika in particular doesn’t absolutely beautiful job. She is very detailed oriented and she made my house feel like a palace.

Christina is excellent! Her professional nature and attention to detail should be celebrated! I will request her services moving forward.

All looked good until shower time came. The weather stripping on the bottom of the shower door was pushed off allowing water to find the floor. Also the drain was not cleaned. I’m 75 and crawling around on my hands and knees at midnight in an effort to correct the problems. The time they cleaned before this they did clean the ceiling fan blades. There was plaster dust on them from minor construction and it was deposited all over. I had to reclean. If this keeps up I’ll have to find a new company.

Amanda & Shauna came to my house for the first time and did a very thorough job cleaning it. Loved the "after smell." Have always been very pleased with MaidPro.

We just had a deep clean done by Tierra. What a job! Sparkling bathrooms, kitchens and living areas. House smells and IS so clean. I recommend Maidpro and Tierra. I am a new customer. I'm giving MaidPro 4 stars only because Christina did her best almost by herself. Otherwise, it would've been 3 stars.
Nijdee came as a trainee, he was learning, and probably he will be a pro in the future, but that was not much of a help.. some details were missed because of it. I am finishing the work myself.

My positive experience started when Joe Sargente responded for my request for a quote. First off, Joe was very patient and responded to my questions. He also provided me information about the process that enable me to fully understand what to expect.
My MaidPRO's who cleaned my home was Sklyer and Dajahne and they did a great job and made my apt feel like a home. They were not only great at the job at hand, but they were also friendly as well.

We had our first clean today. Overall, it was good. The girls- Cassie and Arissa, did a great job cleaning our home. A few little things missed but overall the home was clean and organized. My biggest issue with Maidpro is the quotes I got for my property. That when the girls came they told me that it was only 2 bedrooms work order. When I actually talked to someone explained my home over the phone and send me a quote for two bedrooms! When I told him my house is four!! And of course much cheaper quote at that time and I was happy I found the perfect clean!! when they are in my house and tell it’s more hours and more money!! Which it was a bit over the expected budget I had anticipated spending for our cleaning. Very disappointed in that! I recommend that when getting a quote you check your quote and call for corrections!! The thing that made me angry was that the area manager told me that she had two or three other quotes!! For some reason I’m feeling like this was a lure to get more money!!! Well we shall see how this goes! Other than that the girls were great! Thank you Cassie and Arissa!

Harmony, Athina, Christina and Bernnadette did a great job on my home. They were courteous and professional and left everything spotless. I am so glad I decided to use Maid Pro.

I started using a maid service several years ago to clean my old apartment in North Jersey once a month. As four guys sharing the same janky living space, it was a tremendous value for us. When I moved back down to South Jersey in 2019, I convinced my new roomies that a maid service was well worth the money.

MaidPro was the first service I called and it was the only service I have ever needed. They gave me a discount for the first few months, and the price continues to be very reasonable. I bought a new house one year ago and continue to use their service in the new place.

Their staff is very friendly and respectable. I get a call the day before letting me know they will be there to clean the next day. There is usually a rotating staff that tend to revisit from month to month, plus a new face sometimes. Sometimes its a single staff member or two paired for training purposes.

Most times I simply show them the rooms that need to be done and they get right to work; sometimes they know the house already and just get started as soon as they arrive. They are very non-intrusive even as my brother and I work from home.

On their last visit Chloe and Asia did a remarkable job tidying the place. Several staff members have gone above a beyond with noticeable touches like nicely folding the blankets and arranging the couch pillows despite only needing to clean and not decorate. I often find my bathroom not only squeaky clean but the items on the countertop neatly arranged when they put everything back.

Very respectable and professional service, would recommend to just about anyone.

Sara and Jio we're fantastic! My girlfriend really enjoyed having them come clean and felt comfortable having them in the house. They did a great job with the deep clean, nothing beats coming home from work to a clean home! We can't wait to have them come again :)

Christina is friendly and does a great job cleaning our house. She makes sure to ask about certain areas that she sees may need something extra, and also will help do other things if we ask. She's efficient and pays attention to detail.
