We’ve had a few cleanings so far and Tierra has been amazing every time. She pays great attention to detail, takes extra care of the areas my little ones are in and always goes above & beyond. She’s fabulous!

The owner of the company is very polite and a people person. I felt like I was talking to a family friend. The cleaners Monique and Tori were great. The came in and got right to business. They assign you to 1 customer service rep to handle any issues. I love that. It's a very personal pleasant experience from beginning to end.

Today was our first cleaning and I could not have been more thrilled to come home to a clean, great smelling house! The floors look amazing and the rooms are spotless. Amanda and Turqueya were friendly and professional - they did an amazing job!

What was cleaned was cleaned really well! But out of their 49 point checklist, quite a few things were skipped. They did try to make it right, but I still wouldn’t use them again or recommend them. I don’t really want a discount or apology… I wanted my house cleaned.

For 3.5 hours, I could’ve cleaned more than was done. The kitchen table wasn’t cleaned, shelves in my office weren’t dusted, intake vent wasn’t vacuumed or wiped, chrome fixtures in bathroom weren’t cleaned, couches weren’t vacuumed. For what I paid, I was disappointed.

They were receptive to my feedback and offered a discount, like I said. But that doesn’t clean the things that weren’t done.

My first time was also my maids first cleaning, Basil. He did an amazing job vacuuming and mopping. I loved the smell of the cleaner he used! He also wiped down all of the cabinets in the kitchen which was amazing considering the grease gets on them from the stove. I was overall pleased and I am very particular in how I like my cleaning done. Def recommend this maid service!

The women who came worked non stop for hours. I recently broke my hip and was so relieved to have the cabinets and baseboards cleaned. Everything looked wonderful.

We love the service we have been receiving from MaidPro, they are reliable and very professional. Our pro, Maria SanMartin has been cleaning our house for a few months now and she is the best. She is always very friendly and she consistently does a good job of cleaning the house.

This was our initial first time cleaning. Amanda came to my home and did a really good job. My house was so fresh and nice to walk into. The sinks were absolutely sparkling! The kitchen floor was so shiny. My figurines in my kitchen were cutely placed back as if they were her own. Not just pushed together in a pile for me to reorganize them. There wasn't a spec of dust to be found. She also went above and beyond cleaning being sure to keep my two cats apart. It was a big concern for us. My one kitty cat was back where she belonged in our room when the job was complete. Snug as a bug without being told or asked to put her back. And the other was where he should have been. An additional plus, Amanda wished us a Happy Halloween on her paperwork. This may seem silly to most but as a big fan of the holiday I thought it was a real sweet personal touch from her. Thanks for all you did for us. Our home was clean, our cats were safe and your thoughtfulness appreciated.

I specifically wanted my bathtub/shower deep cleaned but they only offered a 2 hour minimum for a one time clean so they threw in other parts of the house. I have a 1 bedroom apartment so it’s not that big anyways. Fine.

Gina and Christina arrived at 10:30 am and began cleaning the kitchen and living room which didn’t need a crazy amount of attention as my main concern was the bathtub. As they were working I was also putting away my clean laundry so I wasn’t breathing down anyone’s back as they worked. Christina did eventually get to the bathroom but when I saw they had left, it was not deep cleaned like I initially asked and when I called to get clarification because they had left at 11:30 am I was told it was “2 man working hours” hence two people working meant they would only clean for 1 hour.

What was cleaned was cleaned well enough but I feel like I was scammed in the sense that I paid about $154 for what I was told was two hours of service only for the one part of the house I wanted deeply cleaned to not be the main focus and the women to disappear after one hour without my awareness of this fine print of “man working hours”.

Maybe it’s because I only booked a one time clean that my requests weren’t prioritized but I won’t be purchasing their services again.

I had my first service with MaidPro for cleaning my new home in preparation for moving in. Each process very kind, hard working, and accommodating to difficult needs and requests. Angelise,Christine, and Maria were awesome!!! They were punctual and did not leave until they felt the home was thoroughly cleaned! I am so looking forward to continuing to use this service!

I just had my first house cleaning with Ashley and Monique and they did an absolutely amazing job! I nightly recommend maid pro, especially these two ladies. Looking forward to having them for future cleanings!

Worth it! We have a busy household and we are usually home and they work around us seamlessly. They are a pleasant presence in our home and work quickly and efficiently. I appreciate the reminders before every visit and they give an accurate arrival window. We are happy with how clean everything is.

The staff were nice. They had nice plants and veggies. Encouraged me to plant now. They will be getting more inside plants soon.

This garden place has such a nice selection of flowers for Mother's Day. The staff here are so sweet and helpful. I got help loading my flowers into my car since it was my first time here. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends! Thank you so much!!
