A reputable lawn care company should never apply fertilizer without first performing a baseline soil test. Doing so is irresponsible and unscientific. Fertilizing without understanding the soil’s actual nutrient levels means the company is essentially guessing — wasting product, money, and potentially damaging the lawn and environment. It’s the equivalent of a doctor prescribing heart medication without running a blood test. This practice shows a lack of professionalism and a disregard for industry best standards. Reached out to Tom Gatyas (Headquarters Sales Manager) but never heard back.

Randy Ortega is one of the best technicians I ever had, he was very throughly with explaining the types of grasses in my property and took his time showing them to me so I have a knowledge of them. Also did an excellent job at spraying the whole entire property. Very nice young man,very professional and easy going individual. Thank you Randy !

My lawn took a beating two summers ago from the low rainfall and high heat. I decided to try a lawn fertilizing service to help get my grass back in order and get it back to green. I signed on for their green lawn program for a year.

As you can see from my photo, they did not achieve results with me. My neighbor actually doesn't touch her grass at all and has no fertilizing company. Her grass ended up in better shape than mine after a year with Green Lawn Fertilizing.

The service was reliable and the serviceman assigned to my location was very kind. I found that their pesticide service was more performant than their actual fertilizing service. When I canceled my renewal, the office followed up several times offering 50% off my next spray to make it up to me. I declined. I thought they should have stood by the namesake of the program and do whatever was needed to actually get my lawn green after spending quite a bit with them throughout the year.

Despite it being reliable, the results speak for themselves. Would not recommend this company.

Jose Mendez did a wonderful job servicing our property. He spent time with me discussing our lawn and he was extremely polite, courteous, respectful, and very attentive. I could see that he was actually listening to me because he asked questions and was very engaging with me. Jose was also very kind to our pups which we always notice and appreciate. My husband and I watched him apply the product to our rather large property and we saw him take great care in treating every area. He was just fantastic.

John did an exceptional job for us today at our home. He took the time to explain what service he was providing and he also walked the property so we could discuss any issues. I was concerned about. John is passionate about his work and is knowledgeable about lawns, fertilizers, and weeds. He gave us some excellent tips on getting the most out of our service today.
I would highly recommend request requesting him if you have any issues about your lawn on how to make it look as good as it can be.

Great service so far. They pay close attention to your grass needs and leave you a detailed message regarding how they serviced your lawn. I’m so glad I went with this company. My grass is looking better each day.

William Jones from Green Lawn applied my flea and tick applications today and went above and beyond during his service call to my home today. I had a fantastic experience with William. Even though he isn’t the designated tree specialist, he went above and beyond to address my concerns about several trees dying on my property. William took the time to speak with me in detail (an absolute gentleman,) contacted Green Lawn’s support team on my behalf, and carefully documented everything under my account. I was truly impressed by how much he genuinely care and wanted to help. His professionalism and attentiveness stood out - thank you, William Jones!

Travis came out, repaired a damaged irrigation line and took the time to walk down my entire system to ensure there were no other issues in the system. As always this company goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied.

Wayne was an excellent technician. I would recommend him and your services to my neighborhood. There should be more people like him . He truly cares about customer service.
