Alex was polite and professional. He called ahead to let me know he was coming, then listened to my concerns about my lawn and answered all of my questions patiently while he was at my house. I trust that Alex cares about taking care of my lawn with the least possible effect on the pollinators.

My technician Dom is the absolute best! He always lets me know what when hes coming out and what he’ll be using during that treatment.

The technicians who service our lawn are excellent. They’re on time, respectful of the property, and take the time to explain what they’re putting down and what to expect. They’re careful around the driveway, garden beds, and pool area, and they always leave everything neat. You can tell they actually care about the results, not just getting in and out. Really impressed with their professionalism.

Michael did a professional job he came on time. He knocked on the door rather than a ring.the doorbell . He was patient. He was courteous he oversee my lawn. Let me tell you he did a great job. They were the absolute best!!!! I would highly recommend them over and over again. I had five pretty big trees removed and they were just incredible.

I would just like to say I want to thank Jose and his workers for an excellent job! We called Jose on a Sunday morning around 8:30am to see if he could grind a stump out of our yard. He came within an hour to give us an estimate . he gave us a great estimate. We were very satisfied with his price and he said I could have someone here tomorrow morning to take it out. Jose’s worker was here at 8:30 AM. The next morning . The stump was out within a hour cleaned up so well we’re so happy with his work.

We discovered these guys by accident. After hurricane Helene hit Aiken South Carolina our entire county was a mess, trees down everywhere. Fortunately we did not have much tree damage and we were able to hire some local guys to cut up and remove them. However I was left with stumps on a slope and other hard to get to places. Smart Tree showed up to cut up and remove a tree from my neighbor's across the street so I went over to watch them and I thought they were awesome. They had great equipment , cut up and removed the tree very efficiently. I asked them if the could grind my stumps including the one on the slope. Got a great price and and they were able to grind all my stumps including the one on the steep slope. My wife wanted to take down 11 pine trees which could hit our house so I got an estimate from Smart Tree Service which I thought was very fair. After a few weeks they came back to Aiken SC from New Jersey and did the tree removal for us. They did a great job and even some of my neighbors after watching them in action hired them to remove trees for them as well. They have top notch equipment which can get in almost any areas and the employees really know swathe they are doing. They showed up each day at daybreak and worked until dark. This company is well ru and is the real deal.

Smart Tree service is a class act!! The guys arrived to my home a half hour early and got right to work. I had seven trees removed stumps and cleanup in four hours....WOW! We got several quotes for a removal of an almost 80 foot tall sycamore tree on our front yard. They had a very fair estimate and seemed professional right off the bat. The only delay was getting PSEG to remove the wires to our house. Smart tree came with a team of 5, right on time, and tons of equipment. They were very careful not to cause too much damage to our lawn or our neighbors. They cleaned up as they were cutting down the tree including our lawn and the street where all the woodchips and branches were landing. They left a pile of stump grindings behind because they said it would sink in with time. (which was fine as we saved some to use for mulch too) And there was a little bit of lawn damage from a particularly big tree trunk missing the protective metal mats but honestly, I was mentally prepared for way worse. They were in at 830am and cleaned up and finished at around 2pm. I would definitely recommend them for any big jobs!

We hired Smart Tree Service to cut down two trees in our front yard that had grown so big the canopy was killing the Bermuda grass in our front yard. The crew also ground up the stumps and ground up/dug up the roots so new sod can be installed. The crew did a fantastic job! We highly recommend them and will definitely call them again when needed!
