We have been customers with Tav for 3 to 4 years for basic gutter cleaning and have had a great experience. We recently had them put on new gutters for our entire home, had our roof soft washed, house siding soft wash and our deck washed. They did not disappoint us. Tav Gutters has always done an excellent job for us. They are professional, quick and so reasonably priced. They have also always been very neat and tidy. They don’t disturb any outdoor decorations or landscaping. I like that you can book and pay online and that you don’t have to be home. We’ve used Tav Gutters twice in our new home and a dozen times in our former home.

This company used to be excellent. I had used their services on several occasions in the past and was always very satisfied. Unfortunately, their service has changed drastically, and I regret having to leave this feedback.

Two representatives — one of them named Hanssel — came to provide an estimate for work. They left with the promise to contact me by phone or text with the price. No one ever did. I tried to follow up multiple times, but each time the secretary only took a message and promised to pass it along. It has now been over a month and three follow-up attempts, and still nothing.

It feels as though Hanssel is deliberately avoiding me. I would have gladly written an encouraging, positive review, but given this situation, I cannot.

TAV Gutters is excellent from getting an estimate to scheduling an appointment, they came the same day I called for an estimate, Karina was wonderful and scheduling my gutters to be installed was quick and easy! The price was reasonable and I was given several options on how I wanted to pay. Esteban came to install the gutters with a helper, they showed up on time, did a beautiful job, making my house look so nice and very friendly. They cleaned everything up and made sure my house looked beautiful! I paid Esteban and he sent my invoice to me right on his phone which he showed me to make sure I agreed with what was said. Professional gentleman and excellent business!

I replaced my gutters with Tav and they did an excellent job-very clean and nest install. Looks great, big difference in capacity and curb appeal. I have been using Tav to clean my gutters and have soft washed my house, and they always do a great job. Very easy to schedule and pay as well.

These guys cleaned and fixed my gutters as well has pressure washed the house. It looks fantastic. Looks brand new. I highly recommend them. From my first phone call to them till when they left, everyone was professional and friendly, quick response and did a wonderful job.

Tav Gutters came out to clean my gutters, but did the exact opposite and clogged the drain pipe causing all the gutters to flood and damage to the roof. When I spoke with them about this and provided proof, the videos and pictures I attached to this review, they denied causing the clog and offered a meaningless 10% discount. Tav was at my house the dasy of this rain storm and I never had anythuign like this happen before.

Customer beware, they are not accountable. I should have asked Tav Gutters for proof of insurance before allowing them on my property.

We used Tav gutters a week ago. I called in a Thursday. They came out on Saturday! I was able to get an appointment right away! They were clean. Efficient. Friendly. Excellent service. Explained everything to us. Took a ton of pictures of our roof for us. Explained what we needed to get. Super pleased! Highly recommend!
