I am manager of our townhouses in Little Ferry. We have two buildings with 6 units, 10 driveways, an entrance road and several sidewalks. We have been dealing with Moe for snow removal for about 5 years and couldn’t be more satisfied, especially with this brutal winter! His prices are very reasonable and his work ethic is exemplary! He did a great job for us all winter but his response to the recent blizzard was phenomenal! He plowed our big driveway by 11AM the day of the storm while it was snowing! Once the snow stopped, he had seven people here shoveling for 2 hours or more! He plowed our big driveway 2 more times and came back around 12 AM that night to salt the big driveway, 10 smaller driveways and all our steps and sidewalks. He came back the next day to see if more salt was needed. He responds to my texts or phone calls promptly despite being busy with his crew. He truly cares about his customers!

The guy did two no call no shows. When I text him he finally messaged me "OH SORRY!" then you really shouldn't schedule me. The guy did two no call no shows. Terrible service. These reviews have to be fake and of friends.

Update: The manager messages me and starts harassing me because I left a bad review. He didn't show up either day asked to come Sunday or Monday then said ok... Definitely Tuesday. I'm not interested. He starts making excuses because all of the sudden he couldn't make it before because his truck was down... Then he said he was busy. Ok... Don't schedule with potential clients if you won't even follow up with "hey I'm running late" or "I'm not going to be able to make it." Very unprofessional. Also don't harass people when they give you a poor review.

Moe was professional and gave me ideas for what I wanted to do with my lawn. I recommended 100 percent! Give this young man a try and you will not be disappointed. He did my front yard design as well.

Professional! I called for a clean up and he took the time and gave me some advice on how to maintain my grass and gave some landscaping ideas. Will definitely call him for more work. He did a great job and I love that he showed concern and made sure I was happy with the work. Thank you!
