Vlad came to look at my 30 year old dryer that stopped getting hot. I contacted him online in the morning and he was at my house by 3:30 that same day. He diagnosed the problem quickly, did the repair and even gave me a couple of maintenance pointers. I was surprised he had the parts with him to fix such an old unit. The cost was very reasonable, and Vlad was polite, informative and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to call Ace again if I needed another appliance repair.

Vald was wonderful! My dishwasher broke a spring in the door - he asked me to send a picture of the model number and ordered the parts. He texted me again when the parts came in and tried to get to me the next day, which was the day before Thanksgiving, but he had to postpone to the day AFTER Thanksgiving (which was good because I was stuck in traffic anyway.) On Friday, he texted me to tell me he was on his way, with his ETA. He showed up when expected, put on booties, and made sure he didn't scratch the floor when he moved the dishwasher out. He completed the repair and cleaned up after himself - all in an hour! He was VERY polite and professional throughout and the price match the estimate. I will DEFINITELY use them again if needed!
