AMAZING! A real person answered the phone, scheduled an appointment at my convenience and showed up on time! The Technician, Vlad was polite and knowledgable and was finished replacing my ice maker in under an hour. Keeping them on speed dial on my phone!

Needed repair of the rack on my Kitchen Aid dishwasher.
Called Ace because they are local.
Answering service knew to get the model number, so when Vlad came (on time, short wait for service call) he had the necessary parts and fixed it in 30 minutes.
Will definitely use them again.

Ace Tech was the 2nd company I had come out to repair a gas wall oven after the 1st company's tech couldn't figure out the problem. Vlad was ultra professional and solved what was wrong quickly, explaining the problem with great clarity. Price was fair and I would highly recommend Vlad for his knowledge and honesty!

Our washer wasn't draining today & called for appt. They were able to come out same day and Vlad was professional,fixed the problem within an hour and clean up better than before he arrived. He also gave us some pointers on keeping it running for as long as possible. A++++
