Todd and his crew were excellent! Any small critiques I had although slim to none they fixed up no questions asked, grade A customer service.

GREAT, GREAT, GREAT!!! Hired them 6 years ago after firing the previous 4 landscapers. Before hiring Todd Abrams, my husband said I was too picky and that I should put up with average gardeners, then 4 friends told me about big heart landscaping and I was sold! for 6 years they been doing all our lawn maintenance, snow removal and seasonal clean-ups. Special projects have been: walkways, mulching, rock garden, new shrubs and completely renovating my ugly lawn. Use them, you won't regret it!

This is the first time I have ever raved about a contractor. Big Heart Landscaping is super! we have been thru 4 landscapers and finally found Todd Abrams about 6 years ago. He completely renovated our lawn, beds, patio, walks and garden. he does our weekly lawn cutting and snow removal as well. People stop me in the street asking who does our gardening all the time (it actually get's annoying). His prices are cheaper than the other guys as well. I trust him and know that he has my best interests in mind.

I wish I met these guys before I wasted money with my 3 previous landscapers! Todd at Big Heart Landscaping really knows his stuff. I thought i knew everything about my water issues that I had in my yard, but Mr. Abrams patiently explained how it could be fixed. It all made sense and I went for it. 2 years later and my lawn is no longer a pool when it rains! They also handle my lawn care (everybody is jealous of my lawn) and special projects like retaining walls, mulch, pavers and bed renovation. I highly recommend them!!!!

Big Heart is just AMAZING! Todd and his crew have become like family over the last 2+ years. Even our dog gets excited when they show up to do the plantings in spring or plowing in the winter . She follows them around the yard and they all love her. They know exactly what to do when they show up and always add finishing touches that keep our friends and neighbors asking who does our yard. We know that whatever we need or want done they will do and not kill us on the price. They never disappoint.

We have been customers of Todd Abrams at Big Heart Landscaping for 4 years. They have given us amazing service. Todd has been my contact from the beginning and has been kind, caring and quick to respond to our needs the entire time. We have a large property with some true challenges and he’s been great in helping to solve them. Todd is my contact and I’ve never seen anyone - ever - respond as quickly as he does to my requests. One day he was in our driveway within 10 minutes after I emailed him with a request. Now, that’s service! Todd is now helping us with a fire pit and lighting. Different issues - same responses: all kind, quick and thorough.

Todd listened intently to our wishes, then discussed with us at length regarding sunlight, soil, maintenance, deer and other issues. His plan was thoughtful and creative. The result was far, far more beautiful and site-specific than we could have hoped for. It looks perfect for a challenging site, and looks like it has belonged here forever. The crew was terrific, worked very hard and left the place immaculate. We will call on Todd for a few more projects next year, but in the meantime recommend the company with great enthusiasm.

Having used at least 10 landscapers over the last 20 years I think that My wife and i have a strong opinion on what represents stellar service, performance and dedication. Todd and his team have transformed our property from something that looked average to something that looks spectacular. My wife and I would highly recommend Big Heart to anyone in the Livingston -Short Hills area. Feel free to email me directly if you have any questions. Even if you’ve been with your landscaper for 20 years, I still think you should consider giving these guys a look and have them come for monthly landscape services at your home.

We hired Todd earlier this year to do a spring cleanup and some odds and ends in our yard. He was friendly and easy to work with, and we were pleased with the end result. Bonus points for actually following through after some other landscape companies either ghosted us or never responded to our inquiry!

3 friends suggested i call Big Heart Landscaping so i checked their pricing and met with the owner. Pricing was competitive and the reviews were wonderful. It's been 5 years now and I'm still thrilled with their service. The owner, Todd Abrams is such a delight to talk to. his crew is very knowledgeable, as well. If your in the market for pavers, drainage, re-doing your beds, etc, you definitely need to call them!!!!!!

I started using Big Heart Landscaping this spring after reading all of the other good reviews on Google - I decided to give Todd a call. He was prompt with answering and has always showed up exactly when he said he would. This was an issue I had with previous lawn care companies, not honoring their word. Beyond the terrific customer service and friendly approach, Big Heart does fantastic work at fair prices. The owner handles emails and sends over quotes too. Could not recommend more!

My parents live in Livingston. We have heard about Big Heart Landscaping's reputation in the area so we decided to give them a try, and we're glad we did!

For 5 years, we have not had one issue with them. The owner, Todd Abrams, is very personable, knowledgeable and you can tell he really takes pride in his work. His prices are very fair and competitive. He is also the only service provider that returns their calls within 5 minutes.

My parents love getting compliments on how great their lawn looks from relatives and neighbors. Besides weekly mowing, Todd has done many special projects for them like pressure washing, lighting, fire pit and he even stained the patio. They're very proud of how their property looks and they've been throwing more parties and bbqs.
