Very, very, very happy!!! Big Heart has been my landscaper and snow removal guys for 7 years now and not one issue. I also own 6 rental properties that they take care of that I have been equally pleased with. Todd Abrams, the boss, is honest, knowledgeable and has a great disposition. Always a smile for me. His crew is equally as nice. As they said in the 1970's commercial "try it, you'll like it".

Superb! Big Heart Landscaping continues to do great work at our humble abode for the past 8 years. Paver patio, drains, retaining walls and new bushes (he ripped out our old ones). Easy to talk to and no high pressure from Todd. I highly recommend them!

Todd Abrams is fantastic. He is very creative and knowledgeable about his craft. We weren’t exactly sure what we were looking for, but Todd sat with us, listened to our ideas, and in just a few days our thoughts were on paper, but in a way, we never could have imaged on our own. We would highly recommend Todd for any type of landscape Design. His team is also wonderful. Very friendly and professional, discussing the project and making sure we understood each phase. And Fast! Could not have been happier. Todd Abrams is the easiest guy to work with. Todd came up with a plan for our yard that looks wonderful. Their crew was there when they were supposed to be, they did a very thorough job, Todd did a wonderful job of picking out plants for me and planting them to complement our landscaping that his crew had just finished up. Their pricing was super competitive, and we just had the best experience that could have been had. Started on time and finished on time. Mr. Abrams was always, always accessible to me if I had a question or needed to add anything to our original request. I will have Big Heart Landscaping here this spring to help me with planting and planning our spring landscaping. By the way, they also snow plow our driveway for the past 5 years and remove those dreaded leaves. Again, GREAT!

We have been very happy with Big Heart Landscaping for our lawn maintenance and snow plowing needs for the past 4 years.
We recently worked with Big Heart Landscaping on a project at our home to deal with erosion at a retaining wall and poor drainage on our property. Todd and his team did an excellent job from start to finish. Todd was very prompt and professional when he came to our home to provide his assessment and plan of what needed to be done. His work team arrived on time to our home and were very professional and courteous. Mr. Abrams remained available to us by telephone and email during the project to answer questions and reassure me that my yard would be put back together just as it was when it started. There were some adjustments that were made during the project but we were kept well informed. It was a bit nerve wracking to see trenches dug from the back of my home but Todd continued to tell me I would be very satisfied when they were done. The team worked from 8 AM to 4 PM for 4 days and as promised it looked great when they were done. Todd was very professional and brought his years of experience to our project. We would recommend him to family and friends. We anticipate we will be contacting him next year to provide a Master Plan for a landscape project on our property. Thank you Todd for doing such a great job on our drainage project.

Fantastic!! We've been a client for 8 years and never had an issue. They did a beautiful job on our paver patio and walkway, Ripped out old bushes and replaced them and fixed our outside drains.5 STARS!!!

Especially coming from someone who is particular about everything. They turned my backyard into a stay-cation. Not only does Spencer and his team do an amazing job keeping our lawn and backyard manicured, It was Spencer himself who went out of his way tonight at 9:30 PM to help my son whose tire blew out. Spencer not only helped him change the tire, but also showed him how to change the tire as a great life lesson. Thanks Spencer.

This guy Spencer came out as he was owner..to my surprise he was trying to pick me up..ugg no intrest at all.that made everything difficult! Im telling ya go a different direction he's a looser!!
