Fantastic service, great skills and customer service. Tremendous honesty in their dealings. The estimate was approximately $1100 but the final cost was approximately $650. Because they are honest, when the job was easier than first expected, they charged less. If you have HVAC or Plumbing services needed, this company is the first choice.

Great service. My Navien tankless hot water heater was down for a few days. They came out, found out it was actually the water pump that was malfunctioned, they had the part in the Van and replaced it on the same day. Issue resolved. Can't be happier. Thank you very much for your help.

I had a great experience with Johnathan’s Plumbing, Heating & Air. The entire team was punctual and professional. Jonathan was especially thorough and responsive—he explained all the options clearly during the estimate and gave helpful maintenance tips. The pricing was fair, and the technicians (Joe, Matt, and Tyler) were also fantastic. They addressed all my questions, provided demonstrations, and completed the job in under two hours. My AC is running smoothly now, and I have a brand-new water heater. I’d definitely hire them again and highly recommend their services!

My heater went down during the below freezing weather stretch. Jonathan tried to help me troubleshoot it via FaceTime. Seeing it was more involved and not an easy fix he sent Joe over to service the unit. Joe needed a part so Johnathan showed up with the part and they stayed here late late into the evening until my heat was working. I cannot thank them both enough. This weather has been brutal and they made sure my family didn’t have to go without heat. Jonathan’s kindness is unmatched!

Called about my sewage ejector pump and the person who took the call was wonderful. Gave me very honest advice about services and ways to avoid further damage until they were able to come out. Service provider who came out , Ethan, was great! 10/10 service!

My gas heater died on one of the worse days possible, 10 degrees, On a Sunday morning.
That night Jonathans was out that evening to troubleshoot my system, unfortunately it needed electronic parts which needed to be ordered, fortunately 2 days later, heater was working and home in nice and warm.
The service rep, Joe, was professional and knowledgeable, along with very polite.
I'd recommend Jonathans for any HVAC problems.

Cannot recommend Jonathan enough. He saved me on a Sunday when the main water line into the house started leaking at the compression fitting where it entered the basement. Jonathan answered his phone, walked me through what I needed to do and who I needed to contact to get the water shut off at the curb. He then followed through and came later that evening to fix the problem. It wasn’t the easiest fix thanks to the builder not having run enough of the line into the house which was ultimately the cause of the issue. Jonathan handled it like the professional he is, walked me through how he was planning to resolve it, and completed the job. Thank you, Jonathan for rescuing me from this situation on a Sunday.
