I cannot say enough positive things about Done Rite Heating & Cooling and Bryan. My old boiler stopped working and within a week, Bryan and his team inspected the site, provided advice and options, and installed a brand new boiler/hot water heater. He also helped me get approved for an interest free loan and a rebate, saving me a lot of money. His open communication and quick work put me at ease during a stressful time. I will be forever grateful for Done Rite Heating & Cooling.

Working with Bryan and Done Right was great! Very happy with their services to fix our AC unit. They were professional, on time, and very knowledgeable. Bryan was amazing! He was informative and very professional. He was very passionate and was by far one of the best hvac contractors I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He helped us with the paperwork for a new gas line installation before we even agreed to work with him. He said it would be the longest part of the process (he was right took 3 months). We would highly recommend his company to anyone. We are beyond happy with our new gas boiler and the hot water is amazing!

Brian was very knowledgeable. Other companies couldn’t do our gas conversion and he made the process a breeze. Upon arrival he lined our floors with moving blankets and there was no mess to clean up after. We highly recommend Done Rite!

After a week of heat, couldn't be happier with the job Done Rite Heating & Cooling did for us, installing a new AC unit and air handler.

Bryan was up-front, responsive, and honest -- he had thoughts of adding a heat pump but couldn't get the numbers to work for us; I appreciated that. Him and Owen completed the job in a day and left the place as clean as when they came in. It was not an easy job given the dimensions of the space with which they had to work.

The new unit has been a major upgrade and the quality of the workmanship is top-notch.

He let us know what programs were available to us & did not try to sell us costly products that were beyond our needs. Their work ethic & respect for property goes well beyond what is the "norm". This was my first time using Done Rite since I’m new to the neighborhood, and I couldn’t be more impressed! On a very cold day, my thermostat stopped communicating with the heater, and they came to my rescue in less than an hour.

They were knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand. Not only did they fix the issue quickly, but the pricing was also very fair. It's clear they value both quality work and excellent customer service.

Would 10/10 recommend Done Right for any project. Our AC was very old and on its way out. Called in the morning and they were out that evening. Needed to upgrade both the heating and cooling in our house. Within a week the project was completed. Communication was never an issue. On installation day they arrived before their scheduled time and were done before the end of the work day. Loved these guys and will be referring them to all our family and friends.

Bryan did a great job. First , he answers the calls right away and if he doesn't he will get back to you as soon as possible; that is good business. Second, he did a great job installing the furnace taking care of every detail. So, do not hesitated and if you need hvac repair Done rite heating and cooling is the right place for the job.

Done Rite installed a new energy efficient furnace, air conditioner and water heater. Bryan and Owen are the best contractors that I have ever dealt with for any project - period. They were professional from the beginning and performed the installation flawlessly and with the highest level of craftsmanship. We are very pleased with the system and it has exceeded our expectations.

Excellent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We are impressed -!! I go down to the basement just to look at this work of art. Bryan’s work is amazing, he’s organized, neat and clean. From the very beginning when he 1st came out to look at our old 30 year old boiler I knew he would do a great job. He was my 4th estimate, I liked his approach and how he explained everything about the new Bosch Combi Condensing Boiler system. He’s honest and does not try to sell you something you do not need. He had one helper and the job was done in 2 days just like he said. Thank you for a job we’ll done.

Air conditioning stopped working a bit ago. I received a local suggestion for Done Rite from a friend. They came out that day, diagnosed it to a bad capacitor on the fan side of my outside unit. They replaced the part and I was back and running immediately. They were knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. Most importantly, they charged a very fair price which I was very happy with. I will absolutely suggest them for any AC work.

Working with Bryan from Done Rite was amazing. As we all know dealing with contractors post-COVID has been a nightmare - but Bryan and his team was the complete opposite. They were responsive, on time, and quick with their installation.

We needed a complete replacement of our oil heating system, and Bryan recommended removing our hot water heater at the same time to save on energy. He was the only contractor we talked to who was willing to install a combination boiler that provided hot water and radiant heat. He also quoted a great price which was much lower than other big-name HVAC companies.

He also walked us through dealing with PSEG (which was actually the most difficult part of this process). Without him letting us know that dealing with PSEG is not easy we probably would not have had heat before the winter.

The install was great and clean, and freed up a ton of space in our basement. I would definitely work with Done Rite again!

I had called three other heating and cooling companies before I heard of Done Rite.
They were the only company that seemed to want to help me replace my mini split AC/Heat units in my house. They came when scheduled, helped me through the whole process and did a fantastic job.

What a fantastic experience. I can't say enough good things about Bryan and his crew from Done Right. I recommend them for your Domestic HVAC needs.

I have an old home. It came with an ancient (& questionable) oil-based HVAC installation. I knew it needed to be replaced, one day in the future. Well, it finally died at the start of fall. And just as the weather started to turn cold, too! I had to scramble. Winter was coming and I was scared. I got quotes from several local services. I considered oil, gas and heat pump. Wow, talk about sticker shock and depression. Gas quickly turned out to be a good option, but it required extra complications of a conversion and running a new line to the street main.

Bryan and his crew were the ultimate professionals about it all. They coordinated the work and the dance with the township and gas company calmly and confidently. From the get-go, they instilled trust. Their prices and home analysis were competitive and clear. They stayed in perfect conversation about it all and were quite responsive, even to my stupid fearful questions.

I plan to use them again for additional work. You should too.

Well it all started when I noticed my generic water heater was backdrafting in my basement. At that time I had a 28 year old ac unit and a 12 year old furnace. I began calling companies looking for just a water heater and also possibly a water heater with new ac unit. I began getting a couple of quotes and learned about the $10,000 interest free loan from the state plus about $3,000 in insulation work that can be provided for free if you do this program. I narrowed it down to Donerite and Foley Mechanical. They both sell the same hvac equipment (Carrier) and same water heater (Bradford White) . The first estimate I had was from Foley Mechanical and the owner made it all sound very good and the price did not seem bad. (it was more than the amount financed so I would have to come out of pocket) I than called Donerite, Brian came out and gave me a price, same water heater, same ac and the furnace he offered was a better model than Foley. Even with the better furnace Donerite was about 1/3 of the price. I was surprised at the big difference and almost hesitate because Donerite was so much cheaper. After doing some research about the cost of the supplied equipment I realized that Donerite was cheaper because he was not making a ridiculous mark up on the equipment. Foley mechanical wanted about $3,000 for the water heater with installation, where Donerite and even other companies I called were around $2,000. Another positive I would like to point out is that Brian does the instals, he does not have a group of employees he sends out. I have had some involvement in the construction world and the work that Brian did was top notch, everything was installed very neatly. He does not just drill a hole in your foundation and stick a huge ugly pvc pipe out, he actually spends the money and takes the time to supply more aesthetically looking materials. I still had to come a little out of pocket but the work provided could not have been done better, the township inspector even said that it was a really nice install. The best part was that my gas bill went down about $40 the next month (Install was in January) and was cheaper than usual every month since. If you need some work done, you cant go wrong with Donerite!
