we've been using this chimney sweep company for a while to help keep our old fireplace in good shape. robert and calvin always show up on time and are super polite and tidy. during the last visit, robert inspected our firebox and spotted a few minor cracks. he suggested replacing the panels, and they were so efficient that the new panels were installed the very next day. great service and really knowledgeable about chimneys.

i can't say enough good things about the honesty and straight-up service i got for my chimney cleaning. i recommend this company to anyone needing their chimney swept or thinking about getting a new one installed! wyatt came over, was super friendly, and quickly figured out what needed to be done. after a thorough sweep, he even checked my damper and made sure my fireplace was running safely and efficiently. the price was very fair, actually on the low end of what he told me before he came out. i wish every home service was this easy and pleasant!

I contacted this company for a routine chimney inspection and creosote removal, but the technician barely looked at the flue and said it was “probably fine.” A few days later, smoke poured into my living room during a fire. Another service found a dangerous creosote blockage. Their so-called chimney repair work was sloppy and didn’t fix the issues. They didn’t even offer a basic chimney maintenance schedule or tips. The technician seemed annoyed when I asked questions. I expected better service and accountability. Would not trust them with safety-critical work.
