This place needs to follow their hours of operation posted or change them as they frequently open late when people are waiting outside to pick up dry cleaning.

Just had the waist taken in on four pair of pants. The seamstress did an excellent job. I had my wedding dress cleaned here too. They did a nice job.

Livid. Asked for pickup on Tuesday Nov 21 and was told that was not possible. Wednesday, Nov 22 pickup. Nothing said about changed hours at time of drop off. Arrived at 5:03 pm when posted hours say 6pm closing. Sign on door "Closing 5pm for holiday". Seriously? Now we are traveling out of town without our formal clothes. Very unacceptable.
