I have had this service for several years. On numerous occasions, no one shows up. Phone calls are rarely returned. One provider is worse than the next.I am usually an excessively tolerant person, and unfortunately, been in this case as well. I should have canceled long ago.

I use this service to clean my commercial establishment in Jersey City, NJ. It started out ok but a year into it--they are not accomplishing the checklist they gave me. What's worse is the cleaners and the vacuum cleaner smell like fried fish and it takes a day of airing out the premises to get the smell out. They claim to have a health-based system of different color clean rags but they just use the same filthy rag over and over again. They also used my vacuum cleaner without my permission when they are supposed to bring a HEPA back pack vacuum cleaner. Be mindful when you sign up that in order to cancel--you have to go through this convoluted process. That's how they get away with lousy service.

The Franchise choices are very expensive and get ALL details before signing up because there are a lot of advantages for them ( Coverall) and NOT for you the client, so be very careful..... To me the choices offered didnt make sense, yes you willl make some $$ but that $$ will be invested in franchise supplies ( which Coverall sells to you at high prices) so you will barely save any $$$. Be careful!
